This property is a bottom floor beach side condo, offering the luxury of walking out of your back patio and onto the sand.
The one bedroom, one bathroom condo sleeps four guests thanks to a King Size bed in the bedroom and a fold out Queen Sofa Sleeper.

The condo offers an ample living space with the living room and kitchen in the same area allowing for everyone to converse while cooking or eating.
The large flat screen HDTV in the living room can be watched when you’re not at the pool or the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with full sized appliances and all the utensils, dishes, and cookware you’d need if you want to cook for an evening. The living room patio’s sliding glass doors open to the patio which leads straight to the pool and the beach.

The full bathroom can be entered from the bedroom and offers a combination tub/shower.

Silver Dunes 9 also offers complimentary Wi-Fi internet access for the duration of your stay. This condo sits in the heart of Destin Florida on the beach side of the road. The walk to the beach short and requires crossing no streets, great for families with small children.

Perfect little getaway
This was the perfect little place for myself, my husband and our 2 younger children to stay at for a few nights. Couldn’t ask for a better location! We will definitely book here again in the future.

Just Right!
This was a great short vacation for my son an I. He needed to de-stress before school started and I needed the calm environment that you all offered. I especially enjoyed the convience of the ground floor. I have been needing assistance with climbing stairs for about a year, and this location was perfect for both my son and I. Everything was on the ground level and within a short walking distance. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family.
