Relax on our large balcony directly on the water and enjoy your time on the Emerald Coast. Pelican Beach Resort and Conference Center is one of the top destinations for families and a beach that Southern Living Magazine voted #1 in the country! This condo includes all the amenties you could dream of for your time on the coast. We are continuing to update, so please check back for progress to make your time on the Emerald Coast more pleasurable! The condo includes a King Bed in the Master with private bathroom, a Queen sleeper sofa, and two bunks and another full bathroom. Plenty of room for 6 people! The resort is located in the heart of Destin, near family activities and every restaurant imaginable. Swing by the front desk if you would like a recommendation or need directions at any point during your stay. We are located directly across the street from Big Kahuna's Waterpark. Just a mere minute from several chain grocery stores, you will find it easy to stock your refrigerator with supplies. A movie theater, fishbowl bowling alley, and shopping are minutes away for fun and entertainment! From your spacious 16th floor condo, watch the dolphins play in the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, or spend your day swimming and sunbathing in the gulf or in any of the 3 resort pools. Thirsty? Grab a refreshing beverage at the Beachside Tiki Bar if you desire a pina colada, bushwacker, or other refreshing beverage. After a day of frolicking in the sun, grill a delicious steak and your local catch on one of the many resort grills just a few steps from your balcony. You can also unwind in the beachfront hot tub while the kids enjoy pizza or fun in the resort arcade. Loved our stay here. Great view, great beach access, pools and hot tubs were fantastic. Everything you need for a beach getaway. Condo looked as it did in the photos, bed and furniture were comfortable and it had a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay here again.

This condo was clean, comfortable , convenient and had everything we needed. We were thankful for the beach chairs and umbrella we could use at the beach. The view is breathtaking and loved waking up and relaxing on the balcony watching the waves roll in. The covered parking was convenient and just a very short walk to the condo.

The complex was large. Amenities were good. Pool area nice. Location was great. The condo was a good size for us. Kitchen was stocked with needed items. Felt the condo itself could have been cleaner. I do realize this can be difficult when you have quick turnaround times. But cleanliness can make a huge difference. Overall, it was a good week for us. Love the beach. :-)

The stay was fine. Upon walking in, I wouldn’t say that the property matches the pictures upon detail. The bunk beds were very springy (we could feel the springs) and the couch (which turns into a bed) looked worn down from fair wear and tear so my guest and I just slept in the king bed. We did utilize the separate bathrooms to shower and get ready which was useful! The elevators do not have AC so the wait inside of the elevator can be hot when you’re making multiple stops for other guests. I would not stay here again because I would like to experience a more upgraded experience but, this is a good property for anyone that isn’t looking for too many upgrades or an updated property.

Location was great. View from the balcony was awesome as well. Service from the Tiki bar on the beach was very nice to have. Food from the cafe was really good. I really like the pizza. Only issues we had was with the dryer in the unit. Even though they leave messages on the door saying it is a non exhaustive, energy efficient unit it will not dry the smallest of loads. However, they have a laundry room just down by the elevator we used that did fine. Also, we like our room to be very cool at night and the unit never got below 70 the entire week. It was not a real issue for us except for at night. Overall it is a very nice place to stay and would go back again.

Great location by the Gulf
The view is worth it! The condo was clean and orderly. Access to the clean white beach was 10/10. The resort also has additional amenities like onsite food and additional pools. The complex it's self is in good condition and has a good private and secure feel. It is also in close proximity to all the fun activities, and restaurants! Will recommend without hesitation!

We stayed for our kids winter break & had an amazing time! The weather was in the 60s for our trip but between the heated pools & the gorgeous beach, it may as well have been summer. Beautiful views. Excellent location! Clean updated condo, equipped as advertised , pools were nice,tiki hut for an evening / afternoon cocktail, easy access to the beach with space available next to the rental chairs if you didn’t want to rent chairs and umbrellas. ( these were a too expensive ) easy tourist shops nearby to purchase your own beach toys, chairs, towels, shirts etc… The owners were very excellent to work with. Extremely quick to respond to our questions or needs. Definitely would recommend and rent for future trips!

Needs updated. Overall we had a nice stay. We weren't in the room unit except to sleep. The bathroom needed cleaned and looked like it needed updated. The walls in the bathroom were the most dirty, the baseboards throughout the unit needed cleaned. Communication with unit manager was good. She answered right away. There was a small roach in one of the drawers in the kitchen. The dryer did not work, and was supposed to be fixed while we were there but it wasn't. We only stayed 3 nights so it wasn't that big of a deal. We didn't bring a whole lot of clothes. The couch in the picture looks newer than the one that is actually in the unit. The mattress in the master bedroom was super soft and it had a mattress topper on it. Not great if you have back problems. The Pelican Beach Resort overall was good thought. The diner they had downstairs was really good. We ate breakfast there all three days. The pools were nice. Parking was easy. The beach was clean. We had a good short stay overall.
