Our beautiful Two Bedroom “Pelican” vacation condominium is located in the Pelican Beach Resort, part of the private Resorts of Pelican Beach condominium complex. Our 2 bedroom vacation condominiums are perfectly sized for family vacations. There’s more room to spread out and to tuck the kids away in their own separate bedroom.
Living Area
This Pelican Beach Two-Bedroom/Two Bath condominium offers 955 sf. ft. of interior space with a 152 sq. ft. of balcony space. The condominium sleeps a maximum of 6 people and offers one of the area’s most unique gulf views of the Destin beaches.

The living room also includes a pull-out queen-size sofa bed, providing additional sleeping options for guests. This allows for flexible sleeping arrangements that can accommodate different party sizes and ages.

Our condominium offers guests the convenience and flexibility of having a full kitchen and dining area. This allows for a variety of daily options such as take-out, delivery, or cooking your own meals. Guests can also choose to dine out at one of the nearby seafood and specialty restaurants. The fully appointed kitchen provides the opportunity to wake up each morning and prepare a homemade breakfast before heading downstairs for a swim in one of the pools, a soak in the hot tub, or a workout in one of the resort's two fitness centers. Upon your arrival to Destin, please proceed directly to the resort as you will check-in at the Front Desk at the Pelican Beach Resort building. Convenient loading/unloading park is located just outside the lobby doors. Our guest service agents will welcome you with all necessary information to make your stay the best possible. Plus, you'll have peace of mind knowing our Guest Services Desk is open 24/7 to handle any need you may have during your stay.

Beginning November, 2023, the Pelican Beach Resort will be undergoing a waterproofing process on the exterior walkways of the building. A comprehensive schedule has been prepared to assure minimal impact to guests and the schedule calls for work to be focused on specific portions of the bulding at one time. No guest will be allowed to access the units, and elevators will be disabled on those floors.
The waterproofing renovation only effects the exterior of the property. The renovation project affects all units at Pelican Becah Resort. Every floor will be completely closed for 2 weeks in line with the schedule and all floors will be tentatively closed between 01/15/2024 to 01/28/2024 as a contingency. If a floor is completed without a need to close again, it will be removed from contingency.
