Vacation in a newly remodeled beach-front condo at Silver Dunes. Silver Dunes offers a beautiful private beach for the sole use of it's 98 condos spread out over eight acres. The outdoor pool and kiddie pool are heated during cooler months. Other amenities include lighted tennis courts, fitness center, arcade, lending library for books, movies, and games, outdoor grill and picnic areas. Property wide Wi-fi, extends to the beach for conveniently keeping in touch with friends and family.

The entire unit has not just been updated but also upgraded to include a coded entry. Walk in from the beach to our comfortable condo. Then wash the sand off in the beautifully remodeled master bath with its custom tiled walk-in shower or put the kids in the bathtub in the spacious second bathroom. Feel pampered when wrapped in the plush new Pottery Barn towels. Meals are a pleasure to prep on quartz counters. All new large appliances as well as blender, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, crock-pot, and electric can opener, complete the fully appointed kitchen. The view through the kitchen panorama window frames a picture of paradise. Play board games or enjoy some wine on the beautifully decorated private balcony. Soothe your soul with the beach breeze on our comfortable patio furniture; the coastal style outdoor fan will ensure comfort through every season. Watch your kids play in the courtyard below while enjoying your morning coffee. A smart TV as well as DVD player are located in the living room with cable. Smart TVs are in master bedroom and second bedroom as well. Need a few things cleaned? The in-unit washer and dryer save you the inconvenience of having to use the coin operated laundry room. At the end of your fun filled day, relax in comfort on new mattresses and luxurious linens accommodating eight on a king size bed in the master suite, two full size beds in the second bedroom, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. The high-end details will give you the ultimate vacation experience. Be one of the first to enjoy the modern comfort of this extraordinary condo unit at Silver Dunes.

Beach service is available from March to October, for a fee. Beach service rentals include rental of already set up umbrellas, and chairs. However, we include free access to our secure large beach locker. Our locker is equipped with beach chairs, toys, boogie boards and a beach wagon! Our locker is only 15 steps to the sand.

Summer activities include s'mores by the fire, movie nights and pool parties.

Great beachfront location in Destin. The condo has been remodeled and was very comfortable for our family of 4. Kitchen has everything you’d need, and the furnished balcony was nice to at. Hosts were great, and everything was as advertised!

Beautiful stay! The condo had a nice homey feeling and an amazing view from the balcony. The rooms were nice and clean and the fresh air tied it all together. Everything worked perfectly fine with a quick walk to the beach! Highly recommend if you want worthwhile experience :)

Awesome Trip!
We had a blast at this property. The location was awesome, just steps from the beach. Owners provided plenty of beach chairs and sand toys, and the condo was exactly as described. Close proximity to groceries, shopping and tons of great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again when traveling to Destin.

Labor Day Getaway
We had an excellent stay! The place was super clean, great view, the mattresses were fabulous. We stay at rentals numerous times a year and the mattresses here were the best we have ever slept on. The guard staff at the front gate were very nice and please take to speak with every day. I would highly recommend this place and will stay here again.

Absolutely love staying at Silver Dunes. Condo complex is so family oriented and close to a lot of attractions. Our condo was steps away from the beach again this year. Morgan, our hostess, was so prompt in responding to all of our questions. Her attention to detail in this property was so appreciated. There was never a question were anything was located. THE BEST CONDO!
I cannot express how much we loved this condo! We had 4 adults & 2 boys at the age 2! The host thought of everything- everything was labeled & so clean! The condo is so nicely updated & family friendly! The walk to the beach was such a breeze! We rented chairs everyday and it was well worth it. We will be booking again for sure!

Best beach, best location and will now say the best Unit at Silver Dunes. This unit has been renovated and is beautiful. Kitchen and bath beautifully done, Love the flooring and the furniture is lovely. Beds are extremely comfortable. Everything is first class. I have been staying at this property for about 20 years and know this is the unit I will rent in the future.

Excellent Choice
For over 20 years, Silver Dunes has been my beach retreat. Of all the units I have rented, this is by far my favorite unit. I stayed here last year for the first time and had forgotten how beautiful this particular unit has been decorated and furnished. Sitting on the beach, on the deck, or even the living room, you can view of the most beautiful beach in the world and at the same time be incredibly comfortable.

Cozy beach home
This property was more than I could have imagined. The unit was quiet and cozy. Had just the right amount of beach theme without overdoing it like some places I’ve stayed. Great view of the beach from the back porch and living room windows. Enjoyed the amenities the property offered. Close to lots of restaurants and attractions. One thing I would suggest is a broom. Sorry if there was one and I overlooked it. But no matter how hard we tried to get the sand off at the outdoor showers, we still ended up with sand on the floors in the place. Would have been nice to sweep it up so we didn’t feel like we were constantly stepping in sand. But that is such a minor thing. Did not interrupt the great time we had at The Lucky Dune Bird at Silver Dunes Condominium

Had a great week with our little family
My fiancé and our three kids (age 3-11) stayed for the week and it was my favorite beach trip I’ve taken. I’m used to PCB but Destin is so much cleaner and was less crowded. We stayed at the Silver Dunes unit and it was clean and comfy. We did have to wash a few dishes and I think I discovered why, as it seemed the dishwasher may not have been working great. The only other issue I had was keeping the tv in the kids bedroom working since it’s not hooked to cable. But aside from that, the condo was amazing. It’s a couple minute walk right to the water and the beach was beautiful. The staff was very friendly, the pool was very nice and clean. And it’s located right near all the things we wanted to go and do and places to eat. We were not ready to leave and a lot of that was because the condo felt comfortable. I loved sitting on the balcony with my little girl every morning while mom and the big kids slept in. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Nice location! Changes needed!
My wife and our 3 kids stayed at the property for a total of 8 nights. Many things were wonderful during our stay including the heated pool, beach access, property location and security. Several things were subpar and in need of consideration. First, the property is very damp. While I understand that it is on the Gulf, clothes dried poorly and all of the windows continually had moisture. The base of the sliding glass door to the patio constantly had water in it and as a result mold. Second, the advertised beach locker was extremely disorganized and not really worth using as a result. Third, the condo needed to be cleaned better. There was mold under the bathroom sink, bobby pins under the nightstand, water bottles under the bed, etc that indicated that a proper cleaning was lacking, especially in this COVID time. Fourth, there was a lack of information regarding what supplies were to be in the condo. There were only 2 dishwasher pellets provided, only 2 trash bags, only 2 rolls of toilet paper, no tissues, etc. We had no problem buying extra but it would have been nice to know what was provided and how much for a long stay. Fifth, we also had a problem with plumbing in the "guest" room with the 2 beds. One of the sinks didn't drain well during the stay due to the stopper needing to be fixed. The bathtub in that same bathroom would easily fill up while taking a shower despite the drain being up. It was like taking a bath while taking a shower. While the owner quickly responded to my texts regarding this issue, the execution was poor. I was told I would be given a 15 minute notice before a maintenance person came over. This notice wasn't given. I have no idea if whoever came over was given the entry code and could have come back at any time to harm us or if the maintenance person was accompanied by the owner for security reasons. The sink was fixed by removing the stopper all together which made the sink nonfunction due to the smell from the drain as well as the risk of losing something down the drain. The bathtub was "fixed" by raising up the drain more which didn't fix the problem. While the updates were nice and I hope more are planned it would be nice to have had the "guest" bathroom updated as well. Instructions were given in a welcome book and everything was labeled well. The only problem we had was difficulty with the TV's. The "guest" TV didnt have cable(not sure why) and the main TV lacked instructions for remotes
