Indulge in the sheer elegance of this exquisite modern beach home, located just a short stroll from the renowned white sandy beaches of Destin. This professionally decorated retreat offers 7 bedrooms, each with its own full bath, comfortably accommodating up to 18 guests. Relax by the palm tree-lined, heated pool, a private oasis perfect for your beach vacation.

***Please note that this home is not a spring break party house. If you throw big parties you will be evicted with no refund.***

The Space:
Boasting a generous 3,300 square feet of living area, this spacious abode provides ample room for large family reunions or multiple families looking to vacation together. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, an open living room, and two king bedrooms. On the second floor, you'll find four additional king rooms with private balconies, as well as a large living room designed for the kids, complete with a queen sleeper sofa. Each living area is equipped with a large flat-screen TV, while the bedrooms offer 32" TVs for your entertainment.

Outside, the expansive backyard beckons with its private pool, which can be heated for a nominal fee during certain seasons. Take advantage of the gas grill for some delightful outdoor cooking, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower, and relax in the shaded area furnished with umbrellas and plenty of loungers. The driveway easily accommodates up to 7 vehicles, and there's ample space for your boat or RV as well.

We had such an amazing time here. From first point of contact the owner Rich was fantastic and always quick to respond. The house itself was so perfect. It was clean, well furnished and well stocked. We loved the pool and proximity to the beach. We have stayed in a lot of rental properties and this was our favorite and we can't wait to stay here again. Book with confidence!

BIRKS FAMILY VACAY
May 31-June 4, 2024: We had an absolutely marvelous stay!! There were 9 adults, ranging in ages from 18 to 75. And then the “cherry on the sundae” was witnessing the blissful joy of our youngest grandchild who is 17 months old. Both the size and location of this property were perfect for us! Very quick responses from the property manager, especially to my inquiry for an earlier check-in. This is a beautiful & well-maintained property. Highly recommend!!

There was Plenty of room for 13 of us in this spacious house. We all loved the pool and the location of the home made for easy access to shopping and restaurants. The property manager and the owner were very communicative and helpful with anything we needed during our stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Destin. There was 15 of us in our group and we had more than enough room! Everybody had their own space and private bathroom which was a huge plus! The house was very clean and well taken care of just like the pictures showed! I Highly recommend and look forward to out next visit!

Great stay at Carley’s Crib!
Our group of 15 family members loved our stay at Carley’s Crib! The place was beautiful, clean, and had PLENTY of space for all of us. We especially loved the heated pool!! We stayed at Richard’s place with a small group and friends and all of our kids and it was amazing! The house was very clean and fully equipped. It was a nice short walk to the public beach which made it great when going with young kids. Richard quickly responded to all of our questions before and during the trip. We would go stay at this house again in a heartbeat.

Perfectly awesome family place!
This home worked out perfectly for our family-me & wife, three daughters, one son, and eight grandkids 4-10. Wonderful pool, two block walk to the beach, great family room for games, a third floor bunk bed room, the kids loved every minute! This home is only a few years young, and is the most/best appointed one we have found yet. Rich and his wife were the best hosts we have encountered after a dozen vrbo stays!

Outstanding Home/ plenty of space
We had 16 people in our family and there was plenty of space. The children loved the heated pool, well the adults also enjoyed the pool. The seven bedrooms & balconies were amazing. It was really nice for each family to have their own bedroom,bathroom and balcony. GREAT HOME.
