- Please note that active commercial and residential construction is currently underway in the city of Destin.
- 2 pets are allowed at this home. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note: Pool and spa heat will not be available during the summer months (April 1 - October 31).
- Pool and spa heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 48 hours before your stay.
- The pool and spa can only be run one at a time, not concurrently. In other words, the system can either be in "Pool Mode" or it can be in "Spa Mode." It cannot be in both modes at the same time.
- The elevator is not for guest use.
- The 6th bedroom is located separately in a casita by the pool.
- The fireplace is not available for guest use.
- Guests do not have access to the clubhouse (Destiny Owners Association).

Parking Details:
The driveway can accommodate up to 6 cars.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

Great House that was just good
To have such a great house that needs attention. For the bad stuff that is so easily fixable if paying attention... Living area carpets, pillows and couches were filthy. We pulled blankets off the beds to cover the couches. Lighting, so may bulbs not working or so dim they were unusable. Pool house had a portable AC setting in the room vented out the window with duct tape. Master shower water pressure was so bad and all it took to fix was cleaning the screen filter. Beware of the 4 foot high counters in the master bathroom if you are vertically challenged. Now for the good stuff… Great location, great floor plan for large groups/family. Plenty of linens, towels, kitchenware. TV and Wi-Fi setup worked great. There were no issues with gates and door access. AC other than pool house worked great. Again, this house needs some TLC badly to get it back to a great house.

The house is a nice house, but very run down. We could not use the Canista bedroom because of mold. It is a health hazard and the smell rose up into the queen bedroom. The bunk room was not a true bedroom. It was a laundry room that has been converted. The exposed outlets were unsafe for the 6 year old and 3.5 year old. We had to get maintenance to come and cut the power to those recepticals. They were very nice, but very inconvenient to have someone in the house all day. The floors were not cleaned properly. They need to be mopped. All the cleaning people are doing are sweeping hardwood floors. The downstairs bathroom had a stopped up sink, shower head that did not work and the toilet had issues. Maintenance came and fixed as best they could. The patios need to be cleaned, the floors have mold on them. All patio furniture is falling apart, needs to be updated. Dryer doesn’t work, they could not get out to fix it. Very inconvenient not to be able to wash towels and do laundry. Broken chair was left in house near kitchen table. Ice maker is broken. Not being able to use the elevator was annoying, but that was declared in the listing. View and location was very nice, again it’s a great house. It’s just not in good enough shape to rent at this time.

Needs Work!
Avantstay was wonderful! Anything I asked for was addressed fast. I would definitely stay at one of their properties again! The location is amazing! It's the reason to book this property, and why I still gave it 3 stars. The view is beautiful,and it's easy to walk across the street to the beach and The Crab Trap. Unfortunately the property needs alot of work. The pool has a leak. We had to fill it up 3 times during our stay. There are hard water and rust stains on the sides. The pump is so loud and runs constantly. The landscaping is overgrown and looks terrible. It's hard to go out the front gate to go to the beach because the landscaping is in bad shape. There is a sewer problem, so when you walk in the front door, it smells. That smell also goes up the back staircase. There isn't hot water in the casita and the second floor bedroom. They came out and fixed it, but the next day, it was broken again. The bedframes in the casita are falling apart, and lots of small bugs. They offered to spray, but we were nervous about the chemicals around our dogs. No closet in the casita, very tiny bathroom, and one of the drawers in the only chest was broken and missing. The kitchen cabinets are literally falling apart!!! The bottoms of the drawers are falling out. The fronts of the cabinets are coming off. Some of the chairs at the main dining table are broken. The 3rd floor master suite has a vanity that's so tall it's almost unusable! Washer and dryer were terrible!

Beautiful Location- Responsive Management Company
This property is the perfect location with a beautiful view and easy beach access. The property management company was incredibly responsive. We had a few issues that were quickly resolved. I had read in an earlier review that there were only five spoons in the silverware drawer. When we arrived I found that to be true, notified the company and they delivered more the next day. The lights were not working in the hall, entryway, and staircases. They immediately sent out an electrician and had that repaired within 36 hours. The beach chair company they recommended was excellent. I had a little bit of trouble communicating with AvantStay prior to our arrival and was very worried about how our stay would go, but the on the ground AvantStay group was really amazing. Just something to note - the dryer took a very long time to dry. I wonder if the venting needs to be cleaned out. Plan on double to triple the time you would normally use. The only issue I found with the house itself is the twin bunk room is super small. I loved that each floor had its own climate control. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking/serving. But there were no plastic servingware for kids so bring your own plastic plates and cups for littles. It was wonderful to have the heated pool, so that even when the ocean was too cold the kids could enjoy swimming in the pool. I do agree with previous reviews that some of the porch furniture really does need to be replaced. Would definitely stay here again!

The good and the needs improvement….
Good: Great location, safe neighborhood, easy access to public beach, grocery stores, restaurants etc. Huge house, plenty of room for families, nice that every room except for the bunk room has its own bathroom. Adequate pool area. Beds are comfortable. The improvements: Much of the furniture needs to be updated. Bed frames in pool apartment are cheap and had to be tightened. Dining room chairs are falling apart, the deck and patio furniture is old, mismatched and inadequate for a listing such as this. No towel racks in the huge master bath. Plenty of dishes but flatware was lacking, only 5 spoons in a house that sleeps 16! The yard and area around the pool also needs to be cleaned and landscaped. This house has great views and the location is fantastic but it could be so much better with some new furniture, decor and a little TLC.

Good location 👌 to the ocean and shopping. Bathroom by the living room area had no hand soap or anywhere to put the soap.Bedroom next to kitchen no outlets worked in bedroom or bathroom whatever. Bathroom on bottom floor as you walk in no hand soap or soap dish in bathroom. Pool only had water for two days, the rest of the time it was draining down every day about 8 inches or so.I don't understand putting a elevator in a house and not letting us use the damn thing. We were 72,72,67,66,66,64 and 50yrs old. You need new furniture on the deck off the kitchen,or a allen screw driver. Other than a few things, we loved the beautiful home .This home is in need of some TLC..paint,polishing,just a little tightening up.

Property location is great! The place is quite massive and slept the 12 of us comfortably. There is a big ice maker which was a huge plus. Grill didnt have gas so had to make a gas run and the oven kept giving us an error when we used the broil feature. Pool could be cleaner and the jets on the hot tub dont work but overall, i would recommend this place

The AC temperature was not within the desired range despite making modifications to the settings. It was very hot on the first floor, but the second and third floors were cool. There was dust and sand everywhere in the house. The pool was a plus. We love the location of the house! Old furniture! The dinning chairs were pretty old! Some were broken too!

Summer Get Away Before School
Let me start by saying you cannot beat the location of this home with easy access to the beach and all Destin has to offer. I will list the Pro's and Con's: Pro's Easy check in Great beach location and access to beach is a few steps away Large home and accommodated our family of 6 comfortably Air Conditioning worked well Hot water and shower pressure was great on the 1st floor Crab Trap right across the street Nice kitchen with a large refrigerator and beverage center, dishwasher, and fully stocked plates, cups and mugs, glasses, and untensils. Even little bags of coffee were supplied. AMAZING VIEWS FROM 2ND FLOOR INSIDE AND ON THE PORCH! 3rd floor bedroom has amazing views. The neighborhood and area seems safe. Con's First floor bed behind double doors has broken bed frame Very short supply of towels and wash rags Hot Tub does not work Pool has black algae spots Pool chairs and umbrellas NOT SUPPLIED for this home when at the beach INTERNET WAS NOT WORKING THEREFORE NEITHER WERE THE TV'S. The connection was constantly dropping or nonexistent. Furnishings in this home are lacking beauty and comfort. Patio furniture lacks beauty and comfort. Toilets ARE NOT COMFORT HEIGHT. Toilets on the first floor and 3rd floor flush very slowly. Sink in the 3rd story bedroom drains slowly. ELEVATOR CANNOT BE USED BY GUESTS I would rent this home again but my hope would be that the con's could be addressed to justify the amount of money we paid for our stay.

Location Location Location
This house was right across from a great beach spot. We rented chairs and umbrellas on the beach each day and walked over to swim and play in the waves every day. The pool was quite warm which was nice in the evenings. the balconies overlooking the ocean road were great. There was plenty of space for all 13 of us to spread out and enjoy time together and alone.

Good location. Across the street from the beach. Kitchen was very well stocked. Only negative was that the hot tub did not work. Very clean. The entire house was well stocked. Even had a first aid kit an extra batteries. Plenty of garbage bags. But the quality of the paper goods, toilet paper and paper towels was not very good. Although there was a lot of them. Sorry, it's good enough

The Best Little Vacation Ever
We had a few days to get away and had always wanted to try the beaches around Destin. We booked our flights and rented this home. It was the best decision ever! From Sunday to Thursday we spent our days at the beach and our evenings around the pool at this rental property. Best decision ever. From the beautiful beach with the beautiful white sand to the beautiful clear water to the beautiful property we stayed in it was 5 days of beautiful memories made.

Florence short stay
Great location for beach and area. Check in was super easy and staff very friendly. We had few issues with internet and pool but everything was attended too very timely and fixed. A few lights were out to include the pool but it did not hinder our stay. Love the fact it is gated and our favorite restaurant the Crab Trap is located across the street.

House was spacious enough for the entire family to gather without being on top of each other. From high chair for our granddaughter to ground level bedroom for grandmother this house is ready for everyone to enjoy a fun filled vacation getaway. We have lived in the area before and choose this location because of its easy access to beach, golf, restaurants, shopping, kids parks, the bridge and traffic flow. It all was outstanding.

Great home, great view, great management!
The house is wonderful! There is so much room and it’s location was wonderful. When we arrived, the door code that was sent did not work, I called the property manager who had us inside within seconds. The pool house had not been cleaned, but the property manager arrived quickly and had the cleaning crew there shortly after to finish up. We had a mishap with the BBQ grill and called the property manager immediately. He sent maintenance out and they had us set up right away. It was a wonderful vacation and we were blessed with the staff that assisted us during our stay!! Thank you all for taking pride and pleasure in your jobs!

It's hard to find a property that have a bathroom in each room but this house had everything all of my guests were comfortable and we even had enough space to set up DJ equipment and party the whole stay
