Enter the home from the geometric paver-stone driveway and experience grandeur! The first floor features vaulted ceilings, a grand staircase, and luxurious furnishings. The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with stainless steels appliances, spacious granite countertops, and a kitchen bar, perfect for entertaining. Just off the kitchen is the dining area with a formal dining table. On the other side of the kitchen, you’ll find another dining area with a sliding glass door that overlooks the back patio.

For the convenience of those who can’t use the stairs or for parents or guests wanting privacy, the master bedroom is located downstairs. You’ll find a spacious walk-in closet and a stunning master en suite bath, complete with a jacuzzi tub, a walk-in shower, and a double vanity.

Walk up the stairs where the first bedroom features a king bed with an en suite bathroom. The home’s third bathroom is located in the hallway on the second floor. The second guest room has a queen bed and the third guest bedroom has a queen bed with a desk and bench for your laptop.

The location of this home is ideal. Not only are you a couple of blocks from those pristine Destin beaches, but you’re also walking distance to Crab Trap and just a stone’s throw from the Florida coast’s best golfing, fishing, dining, and shopping.
