Condo, 2 Bedrooms + 2 queen beds + Convertible queen bed, (Sleeps 6 adults total).

Located in the coastal neighborhood of Crystal Beach close to Henderson Beach State Park. Perfect for families, Caribbean Dunes 202 has close and easy beach access with a community pool and hot tub. There are two bedrooms and a queen size sofa bed that accommodate up to six guests. The master bedroom has an adjoining bath with a whirlpool tub and the second bedroom loft has its own private bath. Both bedrooms have TV's and DVD players.

A fully furnished and equipped kitchen opens to a spacious living area complete with a TV and DVD player. Relax on your private balcony and enjoy a clear view of the Gulf of Mexico. Beach access is only steps away and across the street. Directly next door is the local favorite Camille's Restaurant. In addition, several outstanding beach side restaurants are just minutes away.

Enjoy the Florida sunshine on a walk or bike ride along Crystal Beach's bike path. For all the shoppers, you will be minutes from premier centers including the Destin Commons and Silver Sands Factory Stores.

We had a great stay at the property, loved it!! Exactly as described, very close to the beach with a great view of the water and the unit was extremely well stocked with kitchen and beach items. Not only is the condo itself beautiful and well kept, the location is amazing. The beach is directly across the street (public access). There are many wonderful restaurants and shops very close as well. Coffee on the balcony watching the beach was amazing. Thank you.

The closet under the stairs had a great supply of chairs and boogie boards for the beach--that was really nice to not have to bring or go out and purchase these items! The pull-out sofa wasn't super comfortable, but it was nice in that it allowed our kids to bring friends on the trip. Very clean place and an excellent location in the heart of Destin!

The pictures of this property do not do it justice! It's so beautiful and you are closer to the water than it appears in those pics. We had 3 adults in our group and had plenty of space. And we were so close to lots of shopping/food options. Communication with the property owner was always quick and so helpful! Thank you, Fan, for letting us stay at your beautiful condo! Property is as advertised. Nice and clean, directly across from beach, excellent location. Close to many restaurants, easy to get everything. I would definitely recommend this property. I would most certainly stay here again. The one thing i would advise is that you bring your own bath towels so your not having to do laundry on your last night. Especially if you like taking a shower in the mornings.
