This house is amazing. It had everything we need for our 2 family's. Has a pool but also has a very nice community center across the street with huge pool and a actual hot tub. This place was amazing and scenic stays was awesome to work with

House was spacious

Although the house itself and the bathrooms were clean the pool and furniture were dirty. I think considering the cleaning fee the furniture could be cleaned in both the family room and living area. The pool area had old leaf debris all around and the pool was dirty.

We really enjoyed our time here. We had 8 women in ONE house and there was enough bathrooms! This place is close to the beach and the golf cart made parking easy. The pool was a nice addition after the beach. Just an FYI if you want to order beach service, the location is The Crab Trap. You'll need to know this if you are ordering ahead of time online. Also please note the days for trash pickup which is Tues and Thurs (follow HOA) rules. We didnt notice this until Friday night when we were preparing for Sat check-out. Overall the trip was amazing. Thank you Scenic Stays for another amazing stay. See you next year!
