This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is the perfect beach-goer’s paradise on the beautiful Emerald coast. Magnolia House 311 comes fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy our stay, including a few beach toys for the kids.
The interior of the condo features two comfortable bedrooms. The master features a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom features a queen-size bed. The main living area is spacious and bright, with plenty of natural light with a queen sized sleeper sofa for extra sleeping. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to cook a delicious meal.
With beach access steps away from the condo, you can enjoy the sun, sand, and surf all day long.
If you’re looking for more activities, the condo also includes access to two adult bicycles, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. Explore the surrounding area or work on your game.
This condo is the perfect beach vacation for families or couples looking for a comfortable stay with stunning views.

Great Place!
The property was amazing! Nicer than in the picture. We enjoyed the beach. Beach access was a bit confusing. Make sure to use the boardwalk, which is where the chairs are located. Property management was super nice, easily accessible for any general questions.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staff is always excellent. Housekeeping disappointing. Bathrooms were clean but floors, kitchen counters and furniture not clean at all.

Good - just needed a working dryer and cleaner floors
We liked our stay at 311 Magnolia House! We just wish the dryer had been working, and that the floors were cleaner. After reporting the dryer issue on the first day, we made do with letting clothes and towels air-dry around the condo the rest of the week, but our stay would've been much more comfortable with a working dryer. Also, the flooring is practical, but it was apparent that it had only been swept and not mopped. Our feet and socks were dirty, which was disappointing. The location and amenities of the condo are amazing, and overall we had a good stay, but wish that these two things hadn't been an issue.

Family Vacation
This condo was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed but a Keurig, I brought my own. We had great views which was great for enjoying your morning coffee & perfect spot for the fireworks show. I was mislead in the description of the condo though. It stated the condo had a sofa sleeper but it did not. Our adult child literally slept on the couch the entire week and there was no bedding for the couch the first night. I called and ask for bedding and it was immediately brought to me. I ask about the sleeper sofa and really didn’t get a response but sorry for the confusion. This condo can only accommodate 5 people definitely not 6. Lesson learned I will be very specific when asking in the future. I would stay there again but only with 4 people.

The signs for the beach access were confusing it stated to take the trail by the pool to the beach for this condo and when we made the long hike we were told we were not allowed to use the beach. Later we went to the trail in the other side of the complex and then found beach access. Also the towels were very thin. But overall wonderful stay.
