Enjoy BREATHTAKING, unobstructed views of the sugar-white sand beaches of Destin and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Not only does our condo offer additional views with its floor to ceiling windows, it also gives a much more open and airy feel! Enjoys the view from the 94 sq. ft. private balcony, living room, and kitchen! Our lovely 873 sq. ft., 6th-floor condo is located in the very popular, sought-after, family-friendly Pelican Beach Resort !
For your comfort and enjoyment, the decor is light and bright with an elegant beach feel, custom artwork, and brand new flooring!
The master bedroom offers a plush king bed, wall-mounted TV and, ensuite bath/shower.
The hallway features recessed twin-over-twin bunks, which are perfect for children and teens.
The secondary, spacious bathroom has a large walk-in shower.
The living room features a new, cozy sofa-chaise sectional, with a very comfortable full-sized pullout sleeper for optimal sleeping arrangements.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized range, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig/coffee maker combination, blender, toaster, cookware, dinnerware, eating utensils, etc.
This condominium is fully stocked with linens, bath towels, and wash clothes.
There are beach chairs, beach umbrella, pool noodles, boogie boards, and sand toys in the hall closet for your use and convenience! You also have the option to rent a beach set-up, kayaks, and paddleboards from the on-site rental company at Pelican Beach Resort, La Dolce Vita.
Pelican Beach Resort is located DIRECTLY on the beach and in the heart of Central Destin! No walking across the street to get to the beach! There are numerous activities including Big Kahuna’s Water Park, great restaurants, souvenir shops such as Alvin’s Island, Winn Dixie, ice cream parlors, a hot dog stand, and much, much more close by and some are within walking distance!
If you do not want to leave the property, Pelican Beach Resort offers amenities for the entire family to enjoy. Choose from three indoor or outdoor pools (heated in the cooler months), two outdoor spas, SEASONAL Tiki-Bar, SEASONAL Cafe,/Market, tennis courts, gym, game room with coin machine, sauna, steam room, coIn-operated washers/dryers on each floor (NOT in our condo), and more!!!

My partner and I visited Destin for the first time. This condo is in a great resort area and great location to enjoy Destin. The condo is beautiful and as listed. The pelican resort is great and beach is beautiful. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Destin again.

The property was as described. The location on the beach was perfect. The area in Destin was central and convenient for groceries, shopping, and restaurants. The facility was excellent. My only suggestion is to make sure you beach book chair service early

Beautiful condo
The condo was perfect for my boyfriend and I. It was clean and welcoming. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and everything you would need to make a dinner in if wanted. The bed is extremely soft and comfortable. The view is to die for, we spent every evening on the balcony reading or just watching the waves. We will definitely stay again! Owners were very attentive to our needs.

We absolutely LOVED the condo. Even though the building was under construction it was still beautiful. Everything we needed was right there. Privacy wa spot on and ease of access was top notch. The communication between myself and the property owners was excellent. I give this condo a 10 out of 10.

Lovely Condo with spectacular view
The condo was exactly as depicted in the photos - beautifully decorated and stocked with kitchen and bathroom necessities. The location in Destin can't be beat - walking distance to stores and right on the most beautiful beach we have ever seen! We saw dolphins twice! Easy communication with the owners who were pleasant and honest. We will definitely be returning!

Exactly as shown. Excellent view, clean, well stocked. Any problems were promptly addressed by owner. Was initially concerned about bedroom being on outside wall but it very quiet. Resort was overly strict with beach area. Didn’t like wearing an arm band. Otherwise, first rate stay.

Great condo and location
My only complaint was the only way to have a chair on the beach with a view of the water was to rent beach chairs and umbrella. The company was booked the entire time and they put ALOT of chairs and umbrellas out. The people that had their own chairs had to be very far back and all you could see was a sea of umbrellas no ocean. Kind of disappointing.

The condo was outstanding ! The building is very tired. Heavy construction project ongoing outside the front door of the unit (6 days a week). Two of the four elevators are out of order, the only washing machine on the floor is out of order. The fitness center in the building is a non-starter. Highly recommend the condo, but beware of the state of the building.

Perfect cozy stay
We had the best time! The condo was clean and stocked with plenty of towels, coffee items, trash bags, dish soap, pans, etc. Check in details were sent weeks in advance and we had zero problem once we got there. The condo is so cute and well decorated. Also was very comfy and cozy. The elevators worked fast and there were plenty of carts to get all our things even right at 4 on a Saturday. The beach closet has board games and cards which we used on a rainy day and so many beach toys. We brought our own, but totally wasn’t necessary. Also the beach has a “toy box” where people can leave toys/kiddie pools for others to use and that was super handy! The owners were so nice and helpful. The tiki bar and cafe on site is PERFECT and so rare for a property. Their prices were reasonable too! The pools were clean, and since there were so many they were never crowded. The location was perfect to get right in/out. Can’t say enough nice things about the condo itself and the property. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

This place was perfect until the construction outside our window started the second day that we were there. So bad that my husband was hit with falling debris. Had we known ahead of time we would have booked somewhere else. Was told that we would be somewhat compensated but that hasn’t happened. Disappointed because of that reason.

The condo was not well maintained. Electronics behind - many remotes with no batteries. No TV for 3 days and then only in the living room. Entry door has steel strip very close to door handle which cut my hand when trying to lock the door. Outside patio door has cracked window.
