Holiday Surf 702 accommodates up to 6 people with a king size bed in master bedroom, two twin beds in guest bedroom and sofa sleeper in living room. This unit has been recently repainted and redecorated. Enjoy the new coastal touches this unit has implemented throughout. Relax on the new living room furniture and watch the very large flat screen TV mounted on the wall. The unit also has new dining room furniture and new rugs throughout the condo. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and entertaining. The views from this condo cannot be beat. You are sure to enjoy unit 702.

The unit has tile floors throughout and comes with complimentary beach service (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) March 1 thru Oct 31.

Will def stay here again. My first time in destin and no reason to go anywhere else. The room was spacious for myself and my two adult daughters.

Staff was great. Check in was at 4PM and we arrived at 1:30PM. The room was ready so we were allowed to check in early. Great view of the ocean from the balcony. Easy access to the beach. The unit is a bit dated, but was clean and had everything we needed. Location is great if you have transportation. We did not and it is a pretty long walk to access places to eat. We had four people. It will sleep six, but it's going to be a bit crowded with the sleeper sofa pulled out. Over all happy with the stay and facility.

Overall the stay was okay. The beds were too hard and uncomfortable, even though there were mattress toppers, they were still very uncomfortable . I asked room service for extra towels and we never got any. Other than that, the location was great and very close to the beach walking distance, which is what we wanted. I think that customer service could be a little better.
