"I particularly liked the lounge on the 24th floor, I would argue that it is very much worth it to book a room that includes access. The room we had booked was spacious and had a great view over Brussels. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic and I loved the layout of the room. The complimentary drinks in the minibar were a nice addition to the perfect room. The only regret I have is that around 10:20, so 40 minutes before the end of the breakfast, certain items were already...

"This the most modern, beautifully designed and and artistic hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Great location, in the center of town, next to a train station. Comfortable beds, all the amenities. "It was really nice. Simple, very clean, close to public transport and city centre. There is a guest kitchen and dining area where you can store and heat up food as well as access hot water. It is kept nice and clean and tidy. There is also a selection of games and books and a ping pong table. Excellent for staying with kids and when the weather is not so pleasant. It can be noisy at night unfortunately. Check in and out process was completely computerized and very user friendly "

"We arrived late and it was the night of the boss' wedding. Yeah, right. So we couldn't park the car in the underground garage at the Hotel but had to find a place on the street wherever I could. No restaurant for the night of course, you know, the wedding. A complimentary drink in exchange. Well, decide for yourself. Other than these it was a nice place, for one night we had to spend there."

"We had a nice stay , the location was perfect, very close to canals, markets. A 10 min walk to tram 1 or 3 takes you to the station. It says it’s 1st floor, but it’s up a flight. It’s huge space, comfy bed. Only negative was not enough TP , towels not enough for 4 days, and no internet. I did chat with support, no issues were resolved. But it didn’t hamper our stay"
