"Front desk staff was downright rude, wasn’t greeted or addressed, was made to wait for no reason and had to listen to the fron desk Cleak complain about how little money the hotel received. "Ik slaap wekelijks in hotels voor mijn werk, maar bij dit hotel was de mevrouw die aan de bali zat en ook s'morgens het ontbijt verzorgde extreem vriendelijk, niets was haar teveel en ze deed super haar best om een prettig verblijf te verzorgen. Deze dame verdiend het echt om in het zonnetje gezet te worden, gewoon Perfect!!!"

When i arrived, the busy dinner waiters were asked to speak english to me because the front desk staff couldn't. My luggage was lost for a day and a half so that compounded the issue of the lack of english speaking"

"Clean & comfortable, good customer service, great breakfast (would be easier for budgeting if included in room price). Easy parking at hotel. For myself the only negative was lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Would stay again."
