"Front desk staff was downright rude, wasn’t greeted or addressed, was made to wait for no reason and had to listen to the fron desk Cleak complain about how little money the hotel received. "Detta är ett hotell med jätte trevlig o hjälpsam personal, väldigt fina, luftiga o trevliga rum. Gymmet kanon bra Middag o frukost var gott o trevligt att man skicka med ett Tack till kockarna. Med andra ord ett fantastiskt hotell m charm. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka "

"Ik slaap wekelijks in hotels voor mijn werk, maar bij dit hotel was de mevrouw die aan de bali zat en ook s'morgens het ontbijt verzorgde extreem vriendelijk, niets was haar teveel en ze deed super haar best om een prettig verblijf te verzorgen. Deze dame verdiend het echt om in het zonnetje gezet te worden, gewoon Perfect!!!"

"Although the hotel advertises shuttle service with a surcharge and english speaking, i was told by the front desk that "No shuttle, get taxi". When i arrived, the busy dinner waiters were asked to speak english to me because the front desk staff couldn't. My luggage was lost for a day and a half so that compounded the issue of the lack of english speaking"
