Ideally located in the heights of the fishing village of Deshaies, classified 3 stars by the municipality of Deshaies. This brightly colored house will complete your Caribbean vacation. Built in the Creole tradition and nestled in lush vegetation, it consists of two bedrooms (one double, one with 2 single beds), a bathroom with separate toilet, a large living room open to the outside (with sofa bed ) and an over-equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, coffee machine, large fridge and freezer, kettle, thermomix, toaster). Facing the sea, you can enjoy this peaceful and well-ventilated living environment, in the morning enjoying your coffee on the terrace or in the evening while lounging in the deckchairs. The large garden which extends around the house provides a perfect playground for children or a space for barbecue with friends. Depending on the season, juicy mangoes or traditional breadfruit will only have to be picked to be immediately tasted. If you want to find some animation or swim in the turquoise water, the village of Deshaies and the beach of Grande Anse are a few minutes away. Finally, although you are in a very ventilated area, if you like very fresh air, the ventilators and air conditioning will be your allies. The ground floor house is accessible to all.

Gros problème de gestion de la réservation
La propriétaire de la maison n'etait pas joignable avant notre arrivée malgres de multiples tentatives. Nous etions assez anxieux et a juste titre puisqu'a notre arrivee, personne ne nous attendait et la maison etait fermee .. Heureusement nous avons pu nous debrouiller grace aux voisins qui avaient les cles et qui ont pu nous ouvrir Apres le vol avec 2 enfants en bas age c'etait tres compliqué De meme le jour précédent notre depart lorsque nous sommes rentrés de la plage d'autres locataires etaient sur le parking... Encore une fois ce sont les voisins qui possèdent des bungalow qui ont pu heberger une nuit l'autre famille Bref gros problème de gestion des dates Heureusement la cousine de la proprietaire qui gère le logement sur place etait tres agreable et serviable La maison en elle meme est tres agreable typique des maison creoles avec un beau jardin et une belle vue mer. A noter cependant l'absence de lave vaisselle et le frigo qui est ancien et qui n'est pas tres froid Cela ne nous a pas empeche de passer un excellent sejour , l'emplacement est ideal et nous avons bien profite de cette ile magnifique.

Bel endroit reposant
Le gîte est très tranquille et la vue sur la mer est superbe. Il y a derrière la maison un bon petit courant d'air où on peut mettre nos chaises. La maison est spacieuse et très propre. Merci pour ces belles vacances!

Une maison pleine de charme dans un coin de Guadeloupe préservé
Nous avons passé quinze jours parfaits dans cette jolie maison créole parfaitement équipée et avec une literie très confortable Le jardin est très beau avec des arbres fruitiers et des fleurs et la terrasse juste parfaite ; très belle vue et toujours un peu d'air frais ; Maison située pas très loin du village mais en hauteur donc hyper calme et pas très loin des plages magnifiques ; tous les matins ns avons petit déjeuné dehors avec les oiseaux qui ns tenaient compagnie et venaient picorer ds nos assiettes ....trop joli Accueil adorable de Suzy qui est venue plusieurs fois ns rendre visite et ns a préparé du rhum planteur et des ancras et ns a donné plein de conseils et de bonnes informations La prochaine fois ns reviendrons avec nos enfants car la maison est très spacieuse Merci merci pour tout Elisabeth et Jean Philippe

On se sent bien à la kaza Dany
La Kaza Dany est une charmante maison en bois aux couleurs typiques. Le jardin est très agréable, très bien entretenu avec une jolie vue sur la mer et la végétation. La cousine Susy nous a très bien accueillie et est une charmante personne. La situation sur les hauteurs de Deshaies était très agréable et au calme. Super séjour de 5 semaines
Nous avons passé un séjour parfait de 5 semaines à la Kaz a Dany. L'accueil par Suzy fut des plus chaleureux. Nous avons profité de ses talents de cuisinière: les spécialités locales qu'elle nous a cuisinées étaient excellentes: ousseaux, accracs, christophines, planteur, rhum coco et encore plus! Nous avons été gâtés! La localisation de la kaz est géniale: une multitude de plages paradisiaques sont autour: Leroux, Grande Anse, Tillet, La Perle, Clugny... La kaz était vaste pour notre famille de 4 comportant deux enfants (3 et 6 ans) avec ses deux chambres de belles dimensions et son salon-cuisine vaste. La terrasse extérieure offre une belle vue sur la mer. La discrétion avec les voisins est parfaite: c'est comme s'il n'y en avait pas, car puisque c'est en montagne, nous les surplombons et, en plus, ils sont plutôt loin. Ceci dit, ils sont hyper gentils quand on va à leur rencontre. Le terrain est plein d'arbres fruitiers et est clôturé. L'air climatisé dans les deux chambres était mural et récent: nous n'avons jamais eu chaud, tout fonctionnait parfaitement. La connexion Wi-fi était aussi irréprochable. Les lieux étaient propres, nous n'avons manqué de rien! L'endroit est un petit paradis, une splendide opportunité! Un gros merci pour nous avoir permis d'en profiter!

Geräumiges, sauberes Haus mit super Aussicht
Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden und sauber. Begrüßt hat uns Suzy mit einem kleinen Imbiss. Die Kommunikation war etwas schwierig, da wir nicht gut französisch sprechen, aber wir haben es mit Hand und Fuß hinbekommen. Die Nachbarn sind auch sehr freundlich und sprechen englisch. Das Haus liegt oben am Hang, fast am Ende der Straße, ist aber dennoch gut zu erreichen. Der Ausblick ist großartig! Fazit: Wir können das Haus gerne empfehlen! Viele Grüße an Suzy!

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette location à DESHAIE proche du centre et où l'environnement est splendide avec vue sur la mer. Très beaux couchers de soleil garantis. Maison agréable et typique. Jardin bien entretenu. Avons été bien reçus par Suzy la cousine de la propriétaire qui est très disponible. Voisins en contrebas extrêmement sympatiques. Séjour vraiment très agréable dans cette petite maison typique et tout confort, à proximité du centre et avec vue mer au milieu d’un très joli jardin. Un petit coin de paradis
chalet grand et calme sans vis à vis avec vue sur la mer. Nous avons reçu un très bel accueil. Les équipements nous ont permis de nous préparer à manger et de réaliser entre autre des jus de fruits (mangue et passion). La terrasse couverte est agréable et nous a permis de passer de bons moments. Depuis Deshaies nous avons découvert toute la côte ouest et de magnifiques plages. Nous vous recommandons vivement cette adresse. Merci encore à Dany et Suzy.

Très belles vacances
En famille 2 adultes et 2 enfants (13 et 7 ans) maison créole typique placée sur les hauteurs de Deshaies, idéale avec un jardin pour les enfants et avec une très belle vue. Nous y reviendrons bien volontiers.

La maison est très pratique, bien équipé et bien situé. Le descriptif correspond à la location. Très belle vue sur la mer. Nous avons seulement regretté les voisins bruyants qui on fait des travaux et sculté des statues en bois à la tronçonneuse.

Wonderful vacation in a magical place
My husband and I recently spent 5 days at Kaz a Dany with our two nieces (ages 21 and 23). It was fabulous. Dany was helpful from the very beginning--answering all of our questions and giving advice as we planned our trip. The description of the rental is accurate, but does not do justice to this lovely cottage. The cottage is charming , impeccably clean, and well maintained. We stayed in two evenings to cook dinner in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy dinner on our terrace---where we had breakfast every morning--lots of birds and no mosquitoes! The bedrooms have plenty of space and the beds are very comfortable. We used the AC only to sleep. The rest of the time the house was breezy and comfortable. A small meal and punch were waiting for us when we arrived. The next morning we received a warm welcome from Dany's cousin Suzi, who gave us great advice on beaches and restaurants. The cottage is located in a very private, quiet spot, but is close to beautiful beaches (la plage Leroux was our favorite), and many restaurants (we liked Chez Lilinne at la plage Grande-Anse, Kaz a Pat in town, and Cherry's Pizzieria). The cottage is also close to les Jardins Botaniques (beautiful) and other sites. I promise that if you go to Guadeloupe and stay at Kaz a Dany--you will not be disappointed!
