Main House Rules: 🎵 No loud music permitted to maintain the tranquility of our neighborhood. 🌙 Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM daily. 🚫 Absolutely no parties or events are allowed. 🚷 Outside guests are not permitted. 🚭 Smoking or vaping indoors is prohibited. Please use the backyard for smoking. Energy Conservation: 💡 Please turn off lights, heating, air conditioning (AC), and electronics when you're not in the home. Trash Disposal: 🗑️ Guests staying from Sunday to Monday are kindly requested to assist in taking the trash bins out to the street on Sunday night. Thank you for your cooperation! Respect for the Home: 🏠 Treat the home with care and respect as if it were your own. No Smoking Policy: 🚭 Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited. A $200 cleaning and sanitizing fee will be applied if the house smells of smoke or if leftover cigarette butts are found. BBQ Grill Usage: 🍖 If you use the BBQ grill, please ensure it is cleaned after use.
