Welcome to our magical desert setting on open space in B-Bar-H Ranch. Our setting is a mix of the old and new - modern homes within an old cowboy ranch. Off the beaten path, our home is in the country and is a rural, relaxing getaway.
The space
The Modern Living Spaces homes of B-Bar-H Ranch were offered in 5 striking models. Casa Quinn is the "Gibson" and stands out for its striking roof design and sliding glass doors all around. It offers a spacious living room and kitchen area which opens to both sides of the living room and creative space in front. Both sides of the living area have sliding glass doors to private and serene settings. To the west, one sees San Jacinto and San Gorgonio out of the courtyard, while to the east one sees the open ranges of the Little Bernardino Mountains. This setting will compel you to meditate, create or just leave it all behind and relax.

The short walks with neighbors really makes the place special. We enjoy meaningful relationships with our friends in the neighborhood, yet we respect each others' need for privacy and retreat.
This is not a "gated community." Nor does it have "covenants" or other restrictions which make our home look like others'. B-Bar-H Ranch neighborhood is rural, in the country. As such, it has a mix of residents - people from all walks of life. If you are interested in peace and quiet (albeit with a few barking dogs), stunning views of mountains all around, and a relaxing place to recharge, this property will be great for you. We will do our best to accommodate our guests and make their stay a pleasant one.
We love our sense of community in the neighborhood. We respect each other's privacy yet we all keep an eye on each other. It is truly a friendly community.
Neighborly Respect - we maintain a no-noise/no-disturbance policy. Please make sure to keep voices and music to a minimum at all hours. We can't assure others will be as respectful, but we wouldn't want a noise problem to come from our house. Thank you.
Please be aware of Cameras at Home Doorbell Camera - captures audio and video of persons accessing property, faces driveway, showing vehicles parking in front driveway. Garage Camera - captures audio and video of vehicles and persons accessing garage. Camera also captures persons accessing the front door key
Weather - our home is located in the desert of Southern California. In this region we can experience long periods of wind and sand. While we pride ourselves on the weather, periodic conditions can be less that optimal for outdoor enjoyment.
