Please be informed that specific areas on the property have been designated for host storage and work, and these will be securely locked throughout your stay. These include the Storage Room located across from the kitchen, the Outbuilding Garage, and the Garden Shed.
Furthermore, our accommodation does not come equipped with a dishwasher. We kindly request that guests take responsibility for cleaning any dishes they use during their stay. Your cooperation in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen is highly valued. For the comfort and well-being of all guests, the property is designated as non-smoking. Guests may smoke at the sidewalk or at the rear of the property, with the condition that they collect any cigarette filters, ash, etc., in an appropriate container.
A $500 fee will be imposed if guests are found smoking in the house (including cigarette butts, ash, etc.).
Given the residential nature of the neighborhood, guests are required to adhere to noise by-laws, keeping noise to a minimum after 9 pm.
For energy conservation and environmental considerations, guests agree to turn off all lights, including backyard lights, when not in use.
Lastly, guests are requested to participate in recycling efforts by placing recyclables in the provided containers. Glass, metal, plastic, and Styrofoam should be placed in the blue bins, while paper, cardboard, and plastic bags are to be deposited in the grey bin. Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines is appreciated for the well-being of the property and the community.
