Beautiful two-room apartment in a new complex of only 3 units, 200 meters from the lake and the beaches of Rivoltella, where you will find bars, kiosks, restaurants and sunbed / umbrella rental services.
The apartment is located on the first floor and offers a bedroom with TV, double bed, large wardrobe, AC; windowed bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet; living room with sofa bed and TV, dining table and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Also in the living room you will find air conditioning and from here there is access to a large living terrace to enjoy lunches and dinners in the open air.
You can park your car in the private garage, where you will also find a washer and dryer.
You will walk to the beach, the weekly market of Rivoltella, the bakery, restaurants and the bus stop that leads to the station, Desenzano, or Sirmione and Peschiera.

Bis auf deutsches Fernsehen, alles super. Gut geeinigt für Radtouren, Garage und super Seelage.

Unbefriedigender Service, sehr schlechte Parksituation
Die Wohnnung war sauber, die Auswahl an Geschirr war sehr begrenzt.Tiefgarage zwar vorhanden, aber wenn das Auto nicht hinein passt,schlecht(Passat Kombi) Man kann nur mit einen Kleinwagen anreisen. An der Straße konnte man nicht parken, es war sehr eng, hatten schon Probleme beim ein und ausladen. Haben uns dann einen öffentlichen Parkplatz gesucht. Stromausfall hörte auch dazu, hatten die Notfall Handynummer angerufen, keinen Rückruf erhalten.
