Nice central apartment, a few steps from the lakeside promenade. Three-room apartment with equipped kitchenette. Double bedroom and bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with shower box. Equipped with every comfort to spend a holiday on Lake Garda, in the historic center of Desenzano. Close to bars, restaurants, beaches and all the major attractions of the city. Paid parking available in the immediate vicinity, even covered.

Italian Homing is a 2.0 property management company.
Completely automated, from 2020 it offers modern and fast self check-in facilities.
No reception: contactless concept
All facilities are cleaned and sanitized by certified, top-quality cleaning companies.
Italian Homing will provide a courtesy kit for all facilities and all necessary information on accommodation.
Customer care will always be at your disposal, via email or telephone for the entire stay.
You can also come and visit us at the office to discover the promotions reserved for you and the activities to do in the surrounding area.

Descriptions and rules:
It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email to receive the information to access the accommodation.
You will be asked to enter your personal data and sign the mandatory contract with the online facility.
In the contract it will be explicit that it is mandatory to deposit the deposit requested by credit card in security form, as a guarantee for any damages.

Some days off at the lake garda
We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely appartment in the center of Desenzano. Nicely furnished and tidy. Communication, check-in, and check-out, everything was kind and uncomplicated.

Excellent location
Everything was wonderful. Location ideal in the old town, with short distance to the beach. Unfortunately it was very hot and the air conditioning was broken. Basically, the communication with the agency worked well and they also tried very hard to repair the air conditioning. Unfortunately, however, without success, so we had to leave with the memory of a very warm flat. Overall, however, this did not detract from the positive assessment and experience.
