Very large apartment in the historic center of Rivoltella del Garda, a hamlet of Desenzano on the shores of Lake Garda. The apartment overlooks the north side of the lake, with views towards the Sirmione peninsula from the lounge and balcony.

Two bedrooms apartment, located in the heart of Rivoltella, village on the lake in Desenzano municipality. Renovated in 2016, the apartment in at a 5 minutes walk from the lake, all the restaurants and pubs. A free garage inside the private yard. The apartment is perfect to visit all amenities of Garda Lake. Verona is just 30 minutes away. Milan and Venice at 1h30min train ride.

We loved that their were bikes for every age and it was an easy 10-15 minute bike ride into Desenzano. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and coffee. Nice view of mountains from balcony, area for kids to play outside, and walkable. Owner is responsive and location easy to find. Overall great stay!

Beautiful apartment
Couldn’t fault the apartment, beautiful views from the balcony, great location for visiting different places around the lake. Great restaurant across the road and ice cream shop next door. It even had 4 free bikes that we used most days which was very useful! I would definitely recommend this apartment

Schöne, ruhige Wohnung
Die Wohnung liegt in einem kleinen, gepflegten, nicht von Touristen überlaufenen Ort. Es gibt wenige, dafür aber gute und preiswerte Restaurants. Wir wurden vom Vermieter sehr herzlich begrüßt und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist groß und sauber. Badezimmer und Küche sind modern eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Es gab kostenlose Farräder und Sonnenschirme für den Strand. Der Strand ist wie wohl überall am Gardasee: es gibt einen recht schönen Teil, bei dem man Liegen mieten muss und einen freien Teil, der sehr schmal und überfüllt ist. Insgesamt würden wir diese Wohnung empfehlen, wenn man gerne recht zentral zu den bekannten Urlaubsorten, aber doch abseits der Touristenmassen wohnen möchte.

Sehr schöne Familienurlaub!
Wir hatten hier einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub (2 Wochen) im Sommer. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Durch die Klimaanlage ist es auch im Sommer, bei hohen Außentemperaturen, angenehm. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Aufenthalt in Desenzano
Wir mieteten die Ferienwohnung für 14 Tage für 2 Personen. Überaus positiv war der freundliche Kontakt und die persönlichen Aufnahme der Vermieter. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Stellplatz für den PKW im Hof und die beiden Klimaanlagen in der Wohnung. Ohne diese hätten wir die Hitzeperiode im Mai/Juni 2022 nicht ausgehalten.

Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick
Viel Platz, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants fußläufig, tolle Sicht auf den See, sehr sauber, Parken direkt im Hof des Anwesens. Der See ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, die erste Strandbar ist etwa 5 Minuten Fußweg an der Promenade entlang gelegen. Umliegende Ortschaften und Verona dank super Verkehrsanbindung schnell und problemlos erreichbar. Pierfrancesco ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich bei Bedarf sofort kümmert und einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Tolle Wohnung und die Lage war echt super. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat immer sofort auf unser Mail geantwortet. Genial sind die Fahrräder die der Vermieter kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt hat. Ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Tolle Lage, netter Vermieter
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Es ist eine sehr geräumige Wohnung mit zwei Klimaanlagen, einem geräumigen Balkon und einem überdachtem Stellplatz für das Auto. Optional bestand auch die Möglichkeit zum kostenlosen Ausleihen von Fahrrädern. Wir hatten leider keinen Helme dabei, sonst hätten wir das Angebot evtl. in Anspruch genommen. Wir waren 9 Tage anwesend und es gab keinerlei Probleme. Der Vermieter war immer via WhatsApp erreichbar und hat sich immer schnell um alles gekümmert, wenn es was zu besprechen gab. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub und wir würden jederzeit wieder in diese Wohnung kommen. Kleiner Tipp für alle Kaffeetrinker...es gibt keine Filtermaschine in der Küche sondern lediglich eine Pad-Maschine (Stand: August 2021). Die Pads sind im gegenüberliegenden Shop erhältlich und schmecken auch gut. Wer trotzdem lieber auf Filterkaffee setzt, müsste sich eine Maschine mitbringen ;-)

Ruhiges, geräumiges Appartement zentral im Vorort von Desenzano
Wir haben uns in diesem Appartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders gerne saßen wir abends auf dem Balkon und blickten auf den Gardasee. Es ist schön ruhig, im Haus leben nur noch 2 weitere Parteien. Und doch liegt das Appartement zentral an der Fußgängerzone mit Bäcker, Restaurants, etc. Man merkt zwar noch einen leichten Hauch der 70er, aber die das Bad ist neu renoviert. Auch unseren beiden Kindern (Baby und Kleinkind) hat es gefallen. Sie hatten viel Platz zum Spielen. Der Vermieter hat uns ein Babybett und einen Kinderstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Am 10 Minuten enfernten Stein-/Kieselstrand gibt es eine größere Sandkiste zum Buddeln. Gekocht haben wir kein einziges Mal, da genügend Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar sind. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Garda, Bardolino, Lazise und Sirimione gemacht und waren froh mit Rivoltella/ Desenzano einen eher „italienischen“ Ort gefunden zu haben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief unkompliziert. Die selbstgemachte Marmelade war auch sehr lecker. Vielen Dank!

Tolles Apartment in super gemütlichem und nicht überlaufenen Örtchen!!!
Das Apartment bietet alles, was es für einen gelungen Aufenthalt benötigt! Super großzügiges Apartment, bequemes Bett, tolles Bad und ein herrlicher Blick auf den See. Alles in einem super Zustand und genau wie auf den Bildern dargestellt! Das Auto kann sicher im Innenhof abgestellt werden, super Anbindung für Ausflüge nach z.B. Verona oder sonstige bekannte Orte! Netter Strand 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen, gutes Restaurant im Ortskern und eine klasse Eisdiele vor der Tür. Check-In und Check-Out funktionierten reibungslos und ganz nach unseren zeitlichen wünschen, Pierfrancesco war stets erreichbar bei Rückfragen, Bettzeug etc. wurde nach der Hälfte des Aufenthaltes ausgewechselt. Uns hat es bei unserem 12-tägigen Aufenthalt an nichts gefehlt, wir würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen! Grazie Pierfrancesco :)

Urlaub mit italienischem Alltags-Flair
Das Appartement liegt im Ortskern von Rivoltella, nicht in einer Appartement-Burg. Der Bäcker ist gegenüber, die Espressobar und die Eisdiele ein oder zwei Häuser weiter. Die Restaurants kaum 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Hier haben wir das Flair des italienischen Alltags erlebt. Der Wochenmarkt ist sonntags direkt vor der Tür. Trotzdem ist das Appartement im rückwärtigen Teil des Grundstücks ruhig gelegen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Der Vermieter ist immer ansprechbar und reagiert prompt.
