At the beginning of the 20th century, Luigi Visconti took over a small winery and, in the 1930s, established his business in the city center. The location, right on the lakefront, offered a breathtaking view, so he decided to build his home here. The ground floor was dedicated to wine production, while the upper floors became his private residence—a place where he could fulfill his dream of living in an extraordinary setting and raising a large family. A photograph of the original 1930s building can still be seen in the gallery.

The complete renovation of the property, completed in 2021, has preserved many of its original architectural elements. Elegant marble staircases, intricately wrought iron railings, colorful stained-glass windows, and attic ceilings frescoed by artists of the time all tell the story of this exclusive residence.

Each apartment offers a spectacular view and is named after one of the wines once produced by the Visconti family. Gran Lugana, also known as the Green Apartment, is an elegant two-level, four-room accommodation, perfect for families seeking comfort and relaxation.

The apartment features three bedrooms: a master suite with an en-suite bathroom and a comfortable king-size bed (200 cm x 180 cm), a twin room with two single beds (200 cm x 100 cm x 80 cm, one of which is pull-out), and a single room (200 cm x 100 cm). All beds are equipped with high-quality toppers, ensuring maximum comfort and a restful night’s sleep.

Gran Lugana comfortably accommodates five guests, with the option to host up to two additional guests using the sofa bed in the living room. Upon entering, you are welcomed by a spacious living room with a dining area and a balcony offering a stunning lake view. Next to it is a separate kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances and an induction cooktop. Behind the kitchen, there is a guest bathroom with a washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs, you’ll find the sleeping area, where all bedrooms are air-conditioned and feature electronically operated skylights—perfect for gazing at the stars before drifting off to sleep. Between the bedrooms, there is a third spacious bathroom with a large and comfortable shower.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and includes a smart TV with satellite channels and access to popular streaming apps such as Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon Video. A safe, Wi-Fi, and high-speed internet connection complete the amenities, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

For guests arriving by car, a parking space can be reserved approximately 300 meters from the property. Convenient public parking is also available nearby.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. For arrivals between 7:00 PM and 11:30 PM, a surcharge of 50 euros applies. Upon check-in, a security deposit of 300 euros is required, payable in cash or by credit card. If paid in cash, the deposit will be refunded via bank transfer within three business days, provided no damage is found.
