Fully renovated in December 2024, this apartment blends elegance, comfort, and tradition, featuring river stone elements that add warmth and authenticity to the interiors. The spacious and bright living area stands out with a characteristic stone arch separating the kitchen from the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, perfect for preparing delicious meals, while the living room features a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a comfortable double sofa bed. From here, guests can access a splendid private terrace, ideal for relaxing with a coffee while admiring the lake and the lively atmosphere of the square below. The sleeping area is designed for maximum comfort and includes two air-conditioned bedrooms. The first has a double bed, while the second features a French bed. Both are equipped with high-quality toppers for enhanced rest. Between the two rooms, there is a modern and functional bathroom with a bidet and a hydromassage shower, perfect for moments of relaxation. At the entrance, guests will find a practical laundry area with a washing machine and a guest toilet. DesenzanoLoft offers a dedicated concierge service to ensure a comfortable and stress-free stay. We do not use security boxes for key collection, avoiding unnecessary travel. A week before arrival, a dedicated concierge, available in Italian, English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese, will be available to answer any questions about the apartment and surroundings. Upon arrival, guests will be personally welcomed and escorted to the apartment, with assistance available throughout their stay. At departure, the concierge will be present for a final farewell and to ensure the experience has been perfect. The service is also accessible via chat at all times to provide immediate and personalised support. Check-in is available from 15:00 to 19:00. Arrivals between 19:00 and 23:30 are subject to a supplement of 50 E. A security deposit of 200 E is required. Pets are welcome with a supplement of 5 E per day. Unsere angenehme Anreise begann mit der sympathischen, perfekten und ausgesprochen hilfsbereiten Hostess Roberta! Sie stand uns mit tollen Ausflug-Tipps wie z.B. der Besichtigung des Weinguts Zeni oder der Olivenproduktion Frantoio Montecroce in Desenzano zur Seite. Sehr hilfreich war die Benennung eines kostenlosen Parkplatzes ganz in der Nähe des Appartements. Perfektes Appartement Wir waren zu Viert und mit einem Rauhaardackel hier. Ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und sehr guten und vor allem sauberen Matratzen, ein kleineres DZ-Schlafzimmer mit kleinem Schrank und in der sehr geräumigen Wohnküche befindet sich ein Gästebett (Sofa zum Ausklappen), auf dem man hervorragend schläft! In der Küche gibt es alles, was man zum Kochen benötigt! Tolle Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Gasherd, Abzugshaube, Spülmaschine, Geschirr, Töpfe, Korkenzieher, Grill und so weiter. Lediglich Geschirrtücher fehlen. Die sollte man eventuell selber mitbringen. Terrasse mit Blick auf die Piazza &. Gardasee Die Terrasse ist groß und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir haben es sehr genossen, abends hier zu sitzen und Karten zu spielen. Dazu ein Gläschen kühlen Weißwein. Herrlich! Hinweis: Ein Sonnenschirm fehlt leider und aufgrund der sehr starken Hitze vom 2.09. bis 09.09.2022 liefen draußen auf der Terrasse viele Klimaanlagen. Vor allem die vom Restaurant, das sich auf der Piazza befindet, ist extrem laut. Nach 2 Abenden machte uns der Lärm nichts mehr aus! Das Bad ist groß! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ In den heißen Sommermonaten wäre ein großer Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse hilfreich. Die Dusche ist sehr eng. Dafür ist das Gäste-WC zusätzlich sehr angenehm. Und Hostess Roberta ist einfach toll! Sie hat uns zu einer unvergesslichen Woche Urlaub verholfen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Beautiful by the lake
Desenzano di Garda is a great base to see lots of the lake. Apartment has a terrace where you can sit and look over the square. The town had many restaurants- we loved the Spritz and Burger. Rented a boat just on opposite side of road for a quick and easy ride on the lake. If you are there on Wednesday, there is a market in the main street. The team at Desanzo Loft were easy to work with and quick responses.

Appartamento caratteristico, piacevole ed accogliente, esattamente nel centro del paese. Si può vivere la quotidianità cittadina diurna e serale oppure rilassarsi sulla terrazza, che offre una vista da cartolina. Ritornerei. si potrebbe prestare maggior cura a piccoli dettagli come le tubature in terrazza o il ricambio degli oggetti rovinati, che darebbero maggior appeal ad una soluzione abitativa già funzionale e confortevole.

Appartamento in posizione centrale e con una bella vista dal terrazzo direttamente sul lago. Facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione. Gli ambienti sono spaziosi ed idonei ad ospitare fino a 6 persone (letto matrimoniale, letto da una piazza e 1/2, divano letto + due bagni). Self check-in molto comodo, ci ha permesso di ritirare direttamente le chiavi all'arrivo in modo pratico e veloce. Staff gentilissimo, tempestivo nelle risposte e molto disponibile nei riguardi delle nostre richieste. Sicuramente consigliato!

Ausgezeichnete Lage
Die Lage der Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet, man ist mit wenigen Schritten in der Altstadt, in der Füssgängerzone, am See, in div. Restaurants, in der Bäckerei oder Apotheke - also mitten im Stadtleben... (Eine Freude nur für Menschen, die auch Stadtlärm ertragen) Der Service durch Lara Tuzza war sehr freundlich. Die Mikrowelle von der Ausschreibung fehlt... Ebenso ist die Parksituation unbefriedigend! In der Beschreibung wird erwähnt, dass der Parkplatz nur 200 Meter entfernt sei - da geht man davon aus, dass ein Parkplatz zur Wohnung gehört und zur Verfügung steht. In Wahrheit hat es einen kleinen öffentlichen Parkplatz, der immer voll belegt ist und wir mussten unser Auto teilweise bis zu einem Kilometer entfernt parkieren... Eine Belegung bis 7 Personen ist nur möglich, wenn sich die 5./6. und allenfalls 7. Person mit einem recht einfachen Schlafsofa (dünne Matratze) begnügen - ich würde die Wohnung maximal für 5 Personen ausschreiben!

Great location but....
Location was very central, apartment was spacious, having 2 bathrooms was a plus. Lara was wonderful and tried her hardest to make things right! The windows open up to restaurants that are so noisy you couldn´t leave the windows open. A/C is only in the living room and kitchen, so the bedrooms were hot. The water switches from scorching hot to ice cold repeatedly, making showering almost impossible. The kitchen had a mishmash of old, warped pots and pans that had to be propped up to use. Only one of the stove burners worked.
