"Lovely welcome package - helpful guide from the owner and beautiful views. Comfortable sleeping for seven guests and good cooking appliances and cutlery. Lots to do in area and close to boat hire and water sports hire places. Good restaurants nearby in Sorico. The natural spring is quite challenging to get to but a good adventure. No complaints - would recommend! "

"The property is located at a quiet smaller hillside town along Lake Como with 2 daily ferries. We were impressed by the cleanness, how roomy the house was, and the unbeatable view of the lake with the mountain backdrop from the balconies. The house had everything needed for our short stay. "Nothing could have been better about the house, the host or the locals. Be aware that the village is located a little bit higher than you may expect, consequently reaching the lake by foot requires a short hike. "

"The views are truly incredible, and it’s nice that this is not in fact in Varenna, but a steep drive up in the village of Perledo. A car is needed. There are no good restaurants close by, and there is a basic grocery store walking distance. Not that difficult to manage to be honest. The wifi is like third world - basically unusable. The facilities are fairly basic. I’d give the place 5 stars if if it cost half the price. But at this price, it is a very expensive for what you get."
