Dear urban adventurer, we take security as seriously as we take our morning coffee, which is always provided here. Our spacious and cozy home is like a fortress of elegance, ADT-secured with motion sensors, surveillance, and alarms accessible from your smart device. The property provides a private garage, two driveways that hold up to 8 cars plus free street parkings, spacious enough for a family reunion. Plenty of off street parking, Clean comfortable place. Owner very easy to work with. Not sure if I would ever need a place in the area again, but if I do I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the house in Iowa for the national speech and debate tournament was delightful. Despite being an older home, it was well-updated and impeccably clean. Accommodating five teenagers and myself, we all slept comfortably, although sharing just two bathrooms required some coordination. The proximity to downtown was a major plus, allowing us easy access to the tournament venues and local amenities. The property manager was exceptionally helpful, going above and beyond by providing an extra fan for one of the rooms. Overall, our experience was excellent, thanks to the cozy accommodations, convenient location, and outstanding hospitality.
