You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Quiet 2BR/1BA Hideaway Near Downtown

While staying with us you will have access to your own private entry, private bathroom with a walkin shower (seating in the shower). Great space for couples, families and business travelers.

In your private living room area a pull out couch is available. Smart TV with WiFi.
Your own full-size kitchen, plenty of pots and pans to cook and bake with. Kitchenaid mixer, stove, refrigerator, coffeemaker( with coffee, hot chocolate and hot tea), microwave and dishwasher.
Your sleeping space will include two bedrooms, one king size bed. The other bedroom has a queen size bed. Plus a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels provided.
Upon request portable baby sleeper and highchair

You will have full access to all of the lower level. About 1,000 square feet of private living space. Full kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a four season porch which walks out to a patio with a gazebo, firepot and a gas grill.
Washer and dryer access upon request.
I live upstairs in my own space.

Perfect Place!

The place was very nice and very homey! They provided dry wood and starter logs for us. The beds were comfortable and so was the furniture! We would definitely stay again if we were in the area. Host were wonderful, came right down and fixed any problems right away!

Everything was very nice. Owner had small children running around in upstairs living unit which was a little noisy in evening hours. No other issues and overall a nice spot. Liked neighborhood area, in spring the firepit area looks like a nice addition.

Everything was perfect and easy. Great place to stay for appointments we had in Des Moines, to see family and friends and just to relax. The location is perfect, especially because it was across from the tennis courts and I played tennis for Roosevelt in the 80’s!

We stayed here to watch my son USHL team. House was decorated so cute. Everything you need for cooking. Nice weather coaxed us for a walk in a perfectly beautiful older safe neighborhood. Hostess was very friendly and helpful for restaurant suggestions.Back yard is private with lots for lights grill and fire pit. A lot of extra space in porch area. Will stay here every time I’m in Des Moines.
