Good Vibes House is a great place to stay! It’s cozy, clean and a short distance from our relative whom we visit. The host, Ali, is very prompt in answering any questions we might have. We really enjoy staying at Good Vibes House!

We had a nice quick stay with family! The home was very clean, nice and homey feeling and loved the games in the tv cabinet for the kids! Plenty of towels and bedding was very comfortable. Would probably rent again.

The place was absolutely perfect, very clean and on a quiet street. The only thing was the Internet wasn't really working nor could we get the TV to work, but it wasn't necessary for our stay. Just something I thought we would mention to have looked at!

Fun home for our weekend stay!
Cute house with fun decor! We were in town to visit my daughter at Drake and this home was close enough to get to campus quickly and provided enough space for our family to gather. The check-in and out process was super easy and the host was very responsive to messages. Would definitely stay again!

Came down for my mothers birthday. It was a beautiful house to stay in. Owners were available. Beds very comfy, easy check in and check out. It was nice having off street parking available. Would recommend staying here and would stay again.

This house was perfect for our family. Along with having some baby proofing (outlet plugs and stair gates), they also had a pack n play and high chairs! Along with kids toys and more! Will definitely be our go-to VRBO when visiting family!

Good Location
We wanted to be close to downtown for a short drive to the Botanical Gardens and Des Moines Art Center, and in a neighborhood where we felt safe. This home met those expectations. It's in a quiet spot (dead-end street) and even has an apple tree in the back yard.

Quaint & Cozy
We loved this cozy little house. It had everything we needed and more. The space was clean, comfortable and well stocked with the essentials and loved having plenty of pillows and blankets. Centrally located in Des Moines and easy to get wherever you need to go. Everything went smooth with checking in. We had 4 adults and it was very comfortable.

Clean well-furnished house
Apples were ripe on the tree when we stayed. Backyard play place is a little worn but works for something to get kids outaide in the evenings. Linens were clean, dishwasher works. Overall a great place to stay while in Des Moines.

Retro Chic Stay
Super cute place. The décor was fun and retro, the paintings on the walls were neat. Bed was comfy and I liked how on the tv if you logged into any of your streaming services it would log you out upon your departure. Only negative comment is the grass and the front flower beds were both overgrown and hanging over the sidewalk.

My daughters weekend
Gotta spend the weekend with my three daughters we went and did some stuff and then came back at night. The only downfall is the furniture is not comfortable and there’s only one TV.
