Our townhome was built in 1895, right in the heart of a historic Des Moines neighborhood. Now, the 125-year-old beauty is fully remodeled. Our building is a low-density complex with only 3 units, situated just outside of Downtown Des Moines.

Come celebrate your special moments at our home, just don't throw a huge party. You know the difference. You will be charged extra fees and asked to leave immediately if any of the rules and regulations are broken.
