Front desk clerk could use a lesson in friendliness and professionalism. Hot tub and pool were closed and nothing on their website indicated this. The front desk clerk didn't even say anything about it. Ice maker was not working on second floor. Our key wasn't programmed correctly and we had to make a second trip back to main desk where the clerk said " I think it will work now." Room was clean, bathroom needs maintenance. Breakfast was nice.

This hotel was a breath of fresh air for us. We had a bad experience when we booked a different hotel, so we booked this one right away to stay the night and the staff was so welcoming when we came in! The rooms were amazing and the breakfast was great!

The Fairfield Inn was clean and in good condition, but starting to look a little old inside. I would rate our stay as safe, quiet, and clean. The hotel was also conveniently located (i.e., easily walkable) to several restaurants (including Culvers, one of our favorites). We would stay here again.

We stayed on a busy weekend with a lot of other sports teams staying in the hotel. Overall it met our needs the staff was great, the rooms were good enough. Our bathroom was a little dated and the AC sounded like a jet engine. The breakfast definitely could be better but was good enough if you just needed a quick meal.

Very satisfying!
We were very happy with our stay. Hotel was clean, rooms including bathroom were clean and updated. Pool and hot tub were open and operational with pool towels provided. Around 10pm from our room, we could hear kids yelling from the pool. We called to the front desk to ask if the kids could quiet down and very shortly, it was quiet. Staff at front desk was very friendly at check in and out. Breakfast area was clean and breakfast options were good including hot breakfast. Overall, a great experience.
