"The best thing about this hotel is the food which really is 5 stars for an inclusive. The staff are a little money hungry and react negatively when asking for a glass with ice. They are also a little intense about the swimming pool rules!! We were asked to wear caps for an outside pool! Wifi sucks and room facilities to make our own drinks and air con broken. The restaurant is good, but DO NOT order room service…it’s better to schedule your meals for better value and quality. The spa, kids club, pools, cabanas and work out facilities were wonderful as well. The staff was most delightful. I highly recommend!"
