Lokasi cukup strategis yang dapat dijangkau dari bandara, stasiun KA maupun terminal bus dengan angkutan umum bus Trans Jogja. Pertama masuk kamar,lampu rusak tdk diganti.banyak debu&rontokan rambut.ada beberapa cicak didalam kamar.sya sudah minta ruang no-smoking tp ada "asbak". Saat check in,staff tidak tau ada booking dr expedia.
