"28階に3泊宿泊 ①シャワーのお湯がぬるく水量があまりにも弱すぎる。 ②Wi-Fiが弱過ぎる。 ③開閉出来る狭いバルコニーのガラスドアが薄すぎるため、交通音がうるさい。 ④ドルからルピアへの両替が出来ず、とても不便でした。以上、4点が改善出来るならまた泊まりたいと思いました。 "

The bathroom tap is broken, the air conditioner is not cold... The service is unsatisfactory, the room is not clean... Pictures are one thing, reality is another..."

"NIDA ROOMS DEPOK RAILWAY STAIONでは捜しだせない。看板も名前も出ていない。場所はマルゴンダレジデンスⅢ内に有るが、スタッフ・設備・条件ともマルゴンダレジデンスと同じ。これでマルゴンダより高いのは納得できない。デポジットの受領書の名前もマルゴンダレジデンスとなっている。部屋はマンションのワンルームで掃除がしっかりなされていない。バスタオル、歯ブラシ、ミネラルウォーター　2本はあるが、湯沸しポットは無い。洋服かけはあるがハンガーが無いので使えない。"
