New, clean, tip top condition. Big negative is it's almost winter and cold. The shower wasn't hot, not even lukewarm but cold. Cold showers in winter isn't fun.

Beautiful Property and amazing staff. Our room was so clean and really quiet. Close to a lot of fast food and a Walmart! Absolutely loved it. We will be staying again!

While the staff were very friendly, our stay overall felt very overpriced and underwhelming. The hallways were really dirty and there were essentially no amenities - only 1 bar of soap was provided in the bathroom (no shampoo, conditioner, etc), as well as one roll of toilet paper. There wasn’t coffee for guests available except for a very limited window. For what was provided, the price felt VERY high.
