Downtown Golden Stay
Great new property. Very comfortable for two people stay, maybe a third. The accommodations were clean, beautiful, easily accessible to downtown Golden. Walked easily to Mines as well as to old town Golden. I’m familiar to the area and have stayed in several VRBOs and this was one of the best. Would definitely stay there again and hope to have opportunities to do so. I’m worried after posting this, my chances will be slim because everyone will know about it now!

School of Mines visit
Great location, one block off of Washington Street. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and Mines. Place was nice and clean. It was a bit noisy when people above walked around but wasn’t an issue unless late at night. There was a white noise machine in bedroom which helped. We would stay here again.

We thought the place eas amazing until day 4 of our stay when my adult daughter founds bugs in her hair and in the sheets. I know there is a bedbug epudemic, but it was a bit disconcering.

The property is exactly as listed—well furnished, clean, and easily walkable to downtown Golden, CO. We visited Rocky Mountain National Park (about 1:30 drive) and Red Rocks (about 15 minute drive). I would highly recommend.

AC unit needs some looking into, the fan blower side is very loud could be the motor or the blower housing but definitely louder than should be. Other than general noise from occupants above which is fairly normal we had a great stay and had everything we needed.

Great location and perfectly appointed.
We were in town to see our Mines student and this place was perfect! The location let us walk to everything. So many little touches made this such a comfortable place to stay - charging station, reusable grocery bags, even a sound machine in the bedroom! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook some meals. Enjoyed the litt”e outside area across the parking lot too. Bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was lovely with nice thick towels. Beautiful and so clean. We will be back!

A Perfect Place to Stay!
This is a lovely property in a location that can’t be beat. Downtown and hiking trails are just a few minutes walk away. The interior is spotless and nicely decorated. The owners have paid careful attention to even the smallest details that made a big difference. The kitchen was stocked with more than the basic essentials and all the cookware/bakeware was high quality. The hosts were very easy to communicate with & responded quickly when I had a question. I have stayed in many nice places in Golden, but this is definitely my favorite!

Nice Stay
The property was as described. It had everything we needed for a short stay. The property was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the location waa convenient. We walked for meals and shopping in Golden. The check-in process was a bit difficult. I did not receive information about address and door lock code. I had to make phone calls the evening we were due to arrive. I had also messaged a couple of times about parking as we had two cars and there was one assigned parking spot. I didn't hear anything back. When I got in touch with the management folks, they were very responsive and sent the needed information immediately. In the end, everything worked out fine. It was just a bit anxiety provoking trying to get the information I needed
