The service to the room we stayed in was all a 10/10. It was our first time at the brown palace and it I loved it! Definitely recommend anyone to visit and I will be going back again for sure!

This historic property is beautiful! In addition to the gorgeous vintage details, there were so many little things that made our stay enjoyable: small things about the sleeping room, live music in the lobby, Churchill’s and dinner in the hotel. Highly recommend!

The hotel is GORGEOUS and well located. We enjoyed the room and investigating the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel. They also have wonderful tours of the hotel that you can book through their website. We booked an amazing private Enduring Spirits Tour (ghost tour) with Deborah which we highly recommend. She is so knowledgable, has done amazing research and tells a wonderful story! Do not hesitate to book this hotel when staying in Dever. You will not regret it!

They changed our room last minute and told us it was an “upgrade” even though we are a couple who just wanted one bed, but the upgrade was making our room a two bed. It was a bit confusing to classify that as an upgrade, nonetheless the valet was very kind and the architecture is beautiful. Music was delightful and meals were tasty.

A fabulous "heritage hotel" in close proximity to transit and Denver attractions. The bar, the atrium, and restaurants are all a step back in time, with wonderful period decor and furnishings. An architectural marvel! Highly recommended if you have an opportunity to stay here.

This was our first stay at the Brown Palace. It is magical during the Christmas season, and the staff and chefs go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Access to downtown Denver is marvelous. We'll be back next year!

I thought the property was great and would stay again. Just keep in mind this is the oldest hotel in Denver so it will not have all the space that you might be used to in newer hotels. The charm and friendliness of the employees out weights a small bathroom!

My room was nice and spacious for its price. Maintenance was lacking in the hotel. I had to call maintenance twice to start the tub to work and then because it was leaking onto the floor because of clogging. Breakfast is delicious and served by very nice and helpful waiters. The hotel is a beautiful old building and the reception staff are very helpful. We ate in The Ships Tavern which was very disappointing and ended up in us sending our food back. But otherwise a lovely hotel
