Steller's Jay Hideaway

We are excited to invite you into our mountain home. Bring your friends and family and enjoy a little piece of heaven. Close to the best of Colorado: Denver, skiing, Red Rocks all just out your front door. Enjoy spacious home with 4 beds and 3 baths, plenty of room to spread out. Outside you will find 3 distinct sitting areas sure to please everyone in your group. Great wi-fi, so be ready to stream your favorite shows or (if you must) do a few work related conference calls from our dedicated business area.
We love to cook and think you will too, in our modern well appointed kitchen.
Wildlife anyone! It is plentiful all the pictures you see were taken from our deck. Say hello to our fox and deer family that visit everyday. Be sure to keep a look out for Steller's Jay, our namesake.

Girl's Trip
We had a great time staying at Steller's Jay Hideaway! The property is beautiful with a wonderful wrap around deck, hot tub, and a kitchen with all the equipment we needed to prepare meals. We were on a girl's trip and there were 8 of us - there was plenty of room for all of us. Beautiful area, beautiful property - highly recommend!

Gorgeous Mountain Experience!

Unbelievable views & super-clean home!
My friends and I had a wonderful time! The home was impeccably clean when we arrived. The decks allowed plenty of gathering space to enjoy the hot tub, and spectacular views of the mountains, stars, & storms. Highly recommend this property.

Red Rocks Trip
Seven of us fulfilled a bucket list item attending a concert at Red Rocks. We wanted to stay someplace where we could have our coffee looking at the mountains. Steller’s Jay gave us that and more. Rooms and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was a great gathering place as were the decks. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful location. Great house.
Kitchen was pretty well stocked with cooking gear and spices. Much appreciated. Location was fabulous! Easy to get to fun hikes with great views! Check out Staunton state park. Also great location for a Red Rocks concert if you don’t want to be in the city.

Best getaway
We needed a kid free getaway and this was perfect! The house was exactly what we needed and the views were stunning. Perfect location to see a show at Red Rocks while keeping you out of the city. We were able to enjoy nature hiking, taking a train, and panning for gold. This house/location were great and the owners were very prompt with responses and really took the time to think about any needs for your stay their.

Perfect for our needs
Exactly what we needed. Amount of beds, clean facilities, quality of residence, ease of check in and checkout. And the View! Beautiful to wake up and have my coffee outside every morning. If we were planning longer, we would have used the kitchen more, but it seemed well apportioned and laid out. One small thing (did not affect my review), I felt there could be more comfortable sitting space upstairs, maybe in the open space next to kitchen, but that is just preference. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Mountain perfection
This was an absolutely fabulous property to stay in. The photos are completely accurate. In fact, it’s even better in person. The outdoor fire pit seating area on the deck was where we spent a ton of time. So relaxing! We all agreed we’ll definitely go back! Owner was fantastic to communicate with also!
