Perfect vacation house!
The house was beautiful, clean, and offered every amenity. Just 15 min from Red Rocks and Golden, less than an hour to mountains/skiing. Hosts were responsive and super-friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Great amenities and roomy for large family.
Loved the many open spaces for our family of 10. It was great having so many bathrooms and the kitchen was stocked with great supplies for cooking and baking! Will book again next time we are back here

Gorgeous Home
This home was absolutely beautiful. We were there for our son’s graduation from Mines with multiple family. Plenty of room, clean, well stocked kitchen, beds were firm but comfortable, host was gracious and responsive. Our family absolutely loved this house and the ease back and forth to Golden. Neighborhood was quiet but close to everything we needed. Loved the view of the mountains and even had a deer at the back fence one morning. Highly recommend this home.

This house is amazing!
This house was perfect for our families long weekend in Denver. There is plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is newly updated and really unique. There are so many areas to sit together and eat together. Lots of room for the kids to enjoy too. The hot tub was an added bonus. The location is great. Close to a grocery store and only 20 minutes from most attractions. I would definitely recommend this house!

Location was great. Property worked out very well. Multiple bedrooms on 2 levels. Very easy for a group. Hot tub was nice. Pool is indoor and heated. And the toilets work great.

Red Rocks House
Great house for large family or group when seeing a concert at Red Rocks. Perfectly located between downtown Denver and the venue. Just minutes to both. The house was extremely spacious and well kept. The pool and hot tub were a great added bonus!

Fantastic Group Stay
The property was just as it is advertised! It is large, clean and a whole lot of fun with a group. Our group of adults and teens enjoyed the pool, hot tub, pool table and just getting to relax in the spacious home. The kitchen was well stocked and useful also! Well worth the cost for a large group! We will definitely be back! And our host was very gracious and easy to work with! Thank you for opening your home and sharing this spectacular place with us!

Visiting our daughter
This may be one of the most unique houses we ever stayed in. Most of the hoises has been completely updated, but they left sone vintage wall radio and pull out wall record player that give the house some neat character. Two separate bars. I was visioning like a rich Denver Bronco player once entertained a lot of people at this house at one time. This is a great house for several families to come together and celebrate. We will rent it again for our daughters graduation.

perfect home for family get together
This is a lovely and spacious home. The neighborhood and location is perfect. Short walk to shopping across street. Short drive to a nice park for walking. The amenities were very nice and owner responded to my concerns immediately. Could have been more detail to cleanliness but not a big issue. Would highly recommend this home. We came to visit family and friends and were able to have 20 guests with ample parking and seating. We will use this home again when the time arrises to visit Colorado.

Family Christmas
We arrived for our first family Christmas away and we were all pleasantly surprised by the actual size of the home. The hot tub was a huge hit with all family members. Plenty of bath towels for everyone, and restrooms. The sleeping arrangement was fitting for my families. It was my husband and I, our 4 kids and their spouses and kiddos. No one had complaints. Evening gathering in the kitchen, dining and living area was so open and easy to get around by all. This home offered so much room and was everything it advertised. Room for game time after dinner. The upstairs bar area was a nice additional also. I just cant say enough nice things about this home. I would suggest it to anyone with a large group. The owners were amazing! I would love to have a family Christmas again at this home. It snowed one morning and the view was a precious gift we were not expecting to see. Everywhere my kids planned to go on their outing was a decent drive from the home and easy to find. Thank you for making our Christmas special, we will not forget the stay! Happy New Year!!

This property exceeded expectations in every way. The amenities were top notch, communication with the owner was easy, and shopping was a 5 minute walk. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. I would recommend this property in a heartbeat!

One of the best VRBO’s ever!
What a great experience. The home was huge. Plenty of bedrooms. Three bedrooms had king size beds, with bunk beds in the other BR’s. Too many amenities to list, but here are a few: Indoor swimming pool Hot Tub 2 car garage, with a super big driveway for plenty of parking for all our cars. Outdoor deck, with a gas BBQ grill on the patio Pool Table in basement Big Screen TV’s all over the home Fireplace in Living Room Large kitchen, with a family room & bar next to it This home had it all. Location was awesome with a King Soopers grocery store and Applejack liquor store a few blocks away. The best part was a Chick-fil-a that was only a couple of blocks away ( The kids favorite). The home is located about 10 minutes from Golden and about 15-20 minutes to Lookout Mountain. The host was awesome too. Quick replies to all our questions. I also felt the price was a great deal, especially for 12 people!!! Thank you Jessica. Hope to stay there again. (Trip occasion - wedding at lookout mountain)

This property was amazing! Probably the best stays I've ever had. It was a HUGE house, oldschool vibes, suoer clean, and very well kept. There was blankets, towels, a BUNCH of cooking necessities, the games and the pool table with a hot tub and a swimming pool was the cherry on top.The best location if you have a big family with a range of ages. Theres the pool table, hot tub and home bars for the adults and a whole kid room for the kids. Words cant describe how nice this house was. 100% reccomend!

Perfect for extended family
We had 15 people ages 9-82 get together for a mini family reunion and found this place to be absolutely perfect for us! Everyone loved the pool, ample sleeping and entertainment areas, and well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Many updates have been made to the place and it’s beautifully decorated. Everyone commented multiple times how perfect it was for extended family! A grocery store is minutes away, with plenty of other shopping nearby. Red Rocks, Golden and Boulder are within 30mins, and we got the early timed entry pass to RMNP and made it to the Fall River entrance in 90min. (We went online at 7pm the night before to get the Bear Lake Corridor Timed Entry and were able to get passes for our 3 vehicles with no problem. However passes for all morning entries were sold out by 7:06) Anyway, the place was amazing and we’d love to return!

Lots of space for family gatherings
Stayed here for my sister’s wedding. At the house between two family groups, we had a three year old and a 14 month old. There was tons of space for everyone to spread out, and the indoor pool was a big hit with everyone. There is a grocery store right across the neighborhood with easy access to the highways. Highly recommend.
