The pictures are accurate. Very nice 3bedroom+ home in a convenient location. Outstanding communication with property owner-very quick responses. Even nicer than we expected. Overall we enjoyed our stay! The property worked great for our family! The beds were comfortable, as was the upstairs TV room. The place was thoughtfully stocked with bathroom essentials, extra linens, dishwasher pods and laundry essentials. The kitchen could use a few more drinking glasses but other than that had most of what you needed. We were walking distance to a park which was great for our toddler. There wasn’t a baby gate so we had to improvise to keep her safely off the stairs, but not a big deal. Overall comfortable stay and it was nice to put our car in a garage.

We stayed here to be near family in Central Park. Nice place. Great to have an attached garage in the winter. Kitchen well stocked. Carpet needs cleaning or replacing, and some bedroom furniture a bit tired, but overall very comfortable.

Our family of four enjoyed this property! Plenty of space to gather for family meals and to spread out individually as well. Clean and well kept space. Also great to be able to park our vehicle in the garage. Would consider renting again if we ever get back to Denver!

Great townhouse in a fun neighborhood. It was super clean (and I am picky!). The kitchen was very nicely stocked and we loved having the garage to park our bikes. The area has lots of fun things to do within walking or biking distance. Great place!
