So much of the property was good - its location relative to the outings we had planned in Denver, walkability to restaurants, responsiveness of the host, cleanliness and ambience of the property, to name just a few. However, finding parking is a big challenge and the information about check in was sent on the day I was scheduled to travel and arrive to the property, which meant once we found parking we could not immediately access the property. This was easily remedied by calling the host, but we tried to gain access for a while before calling, which was unnerving and frustrating. Also, the first night we were there, several cars parked in the vicinity of the property had windows broken out at night. That didn't occur again, so might not be a long term or common problem. Also, guests should know that there are no dishes at the property - so you need to bring paper goods with you if you plan on eating there.
