This gorgeous home could not be more ideal for your trip to Golden. Our rooftop deck has awe-inspiring views of the Rocky Mountains and the townhome has eclectic and tasteful decor and a modern updated feel. Only a 10 minute walk to proper Downtown Golden, where you will find shops and restaurants and plenty of things to do and see!

When you enter this gorgeous home, you are in the main level living room and fully updated kitchen. Our kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, a gas range plus a convection microwave. The kitchen opens into the living room where we have a large mounted HD TV above the gas fireplace that provides ambiance as well as warmth. The living room features a brand-new plush sofa as well as 2 more comfy chairs to lounge in. Behind the couch is the dining table with seating for 4.
When you enter the home, you will immediately notice our lovely eclectic decor including real aspen trunks, a wooden paneled wall, a chalkboard wall and different murals and wallpapers throughout.
This level also has the first comfy Queen bedroom and a full bathroom with a large, walk-in shower.
Downstairs in the basement, you will find another large living room with a huge HD tv, comfy couch and another full bathroom with a shower.
The couch folds out into a large, King-sized memory foam bed. Recently added is a trundle with 2 twin beds and another 4-person dining table.
Upstairs are the remaining two bedrooms- each with their own bathrooms attached.
Bedroom one has a cozy Queen bed, closet and a full bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom has two comfortable Full beds with extra pillows, another HD Tv and a large bathroom. This gorgeous bathroom has a double sink vanity as well as a large, marble shower with dual shower heads and a bench. The walk-in closet has built-in shelves, drawers and a hanging area for all of your clothing.
The upper level has a door that leads to the second private outdoor patio. This patio has a spiral staircase in the middle, as well as two cushioned sun-lounging chairs. Continue up the spiral staircase to the rooftop deck!
This gorgeous deck has mountain views on both sides, a 4-person hot tub, a large outdoor dining table, two cushioned outdoor couches as well as a propane firepit! You will never want to leave this amazing space!
This home also has a full-sized washer and dryer upstairs in the hallway. The laundry area is stocked with detergent, dryer sheets & hot tub towels.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire townhome, 2 private patios and the private rooftop deck.
Guests also have access to the large, 2 car garage. However, this garage has a low profile and can only fit shorter vehicles. Do not try to park trucks or SUVs in the garage! Thank you for understanding!
There is one locked closet in the kitchen with owner items.
The Neighborhood:
This is the perfect neighborhood right outside downtown Golden. The street in front of the townhome is a one-way street with street parking directly in front of the door!
There are always people walking and biking around the neighborhood. There is a grocery store a short 3-minute walk away and plenty of hiking trails or sidewalks to explore!
Getting Around:
You can easily stay here without a vehicle and walk around to enjoy gorgeous Golden!
Uber and Lyft are always available and there are sometimes rentable electric scooters around.
If you bring a car, it is very easy to find free street parking directly in front of our door. Make sure you park as closet to the curb as possible- they may ticket you if you are more than 12 in from the curb.
We also have a large garage; however, it is very low profile and can only comfortably fit a short car.
Other Things to Note:
We are near downtown Golden with lots of foot traffic. You can hear sounds like people and cars, but it is not excessive or disruptive. Just normal sounds of city life!
Make sure you park as close to the curb as possible- they may ticket you if you are further than 12 in from the curb.
