The unit is completely private and guests have access to the entire unit. Guests also have access to all shared spaces including, the pool (open Memorial - Labor Day), fitness center, and clubhouse. We ask that guests do not use the mailbox and recommend a PO box instead. Amazon package/grocery delivery is permitted and easy.

There is a microwave, fridge, hotplate/pot combo that grills/simmers/steams, no kitchen sink, cooktop, or oven. The unit is not equipped for cooking.

For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.

Greenwood Village has more than 300 acres of parks and 100 acres of undeveloped open space. The trail system provides 40 miles of scenic walking and biking areas. Greenwood Village also houses the Denver Technological Center, a development of large buildings outside Denver, where many technology-oriented companies are based.
