December visit
We had people in our family ranging from 18 to 72. This was a great property to take care of all of our needs plus some! It was clean, spacious, and provided plenty of room for us to socialize and have privacy. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Home away from home!
We had a wonderful week at this clean and comfortable home away from home in Arvada! Quick access to downtown Denver and local neighborhood parks, shops, and restaurants. We will definitely book again on our next trip to the Denver area!

Wonderful and Memorable Stay
If you are looking for the perfect home for your family vacation this is the one! Our family of 3 generations met to celebrate our mothers retirement and birthday. It couldn’t have been more special for all of us. From the location, interior decorations and comfort of the home, to the backyard activities for the kids, I would gladly recommend this stay with 5 stars plus of gratitude.

Great house!
We stayed here while we worked at the national western Stockshow. It was nice to come home very night to a cozy house, there was plenty of room for all of us and the downstairs living area was great! There are two kitchens, so it made it easy for everyone to make their meals. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!

Great stay in Arvada
We loved it. The back yard was perfect for the toddlers and 4 year old to play. The swing set was a big hit. The adults enjoyed the ping pong table after the kids went to bed. Everyone said the beds were comfy and the showers were good. The kitchen was well provisioned. There was a bit of a delay getting the code for check in but once we contacted our host, everything was very smooth. Our host was quick to respond to any queries we had. The location was great for our needs. We were there to see our newest granddaughter, niece and cousin. We will stay again if we all come to Denver at the same time. Thank you.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything a family could want. Had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The upstairs and downstairs was decorated nicely. The basement added a lot of extra space to hang out. The backyard would have been great to hang out in had it not been for winter. We felt very safe in the area. We found several restaurants, shopping and grocery stores in the area. The landlord was easy to reach to answer questions. Yes, we would definitely stay there again on our next visit.

Amazing location! House fully stocked with kitchen necessities, and games for all ages.
The house is in an amazing location! Love how each bedroom basically has a bathroom. Tons of room seating in kitchen area. Love the range of games to include all ages. Unfortunately house was not clean. My kids feet were black within minutes of arriving and playing in the house. Crumbs were found in basement bed. Hair found on several towels and master shower was dirty. We even found socks under the bed.

Great house!!
Came to the Denver area to celebrate a friends birthday, and this house worked out perfectly for us! It’s in a great area, we felt safe and comfortable at all times in the neighborhood. The house is well appointed and kept up, we had everything we could have needed! Everyone enjoyed the backyard and playing some basketball as well as the ping pong table in the basement! We only had a couple questions during our stay and Billy was very responsive and helpful! Would have no issues staying here again if I was coming back to the area!

Beautiful spacious well kept home
Big Family reunion and daily commute to surrounding cities for 12 days for a softball tournament. This spot offered us a spacious yet cozy family oriented space to relax and have fun once our daily duties were complete. The backyard was beautiful and just right for the kids. We had a couple of small concerns which were addressed immediately by the owner. We appreciate their friendliness and attention to our needs. Im hoping this can become an annual spot for our summer trips to Colorado!

Disappointment in Denver
Overall was disappointed in condition of house both from a maintenance and cleanliness perspectives. In brief the house could use some TLC. Walls and woodwork need a fresh paint job. Leak in shower caused water to leak to the basement (based on Water spots on basement ceiling this was not a new problem) faucet in kitchen needs tightening; light bulbs need replacement; screen door needs to be repaired; rugs need to be replaced; furniture in living room is tired and food was under the cushions; crumbs were inside the food shelves. House is situated on main highway which can be annoying especially during rush hour. Pictures viewed on net do not fairly represent the condition of the interior of the house. The owner offered to reimburse me for one of the five days there and did come over to see the property when I called him.

You cannot “put lipstick on a pig”
From the dirt covering the vents. Filthy baseboards, food and grim in every cabinet of the kitchen. This doesn’t begin to cover the experience. The backyard is far from what the pictures portray. The basketball rim is bent The “playground” is very worn down and the playhouse is actually a locked shed for storage. My toddler even found a needle top to a USED SYRINGE under their washer. After being nice enough to contact the owner of the property. He came over with very little concern and didn’t even offer to the dispose of the needle. The owner proceeded to tell me “ how he could count on one hand. How many 3 star reviews he has had since 2018.” Finally, he basically asked me “what I wanted?” As if I I was pawning for a compensation….. At first I was not going to write this review, but I want to save someone from wasting their money on this property. Yes, it is close to most amenities, but like the old saying goes “You cannot put lipstick on a pig”and this is the whole hog. Extremely disappointed.

We had a family reunion with people from all across the country. Loved the layout of the house. Only suggestion is to consider handrails on the porch and patio. Great patio and backyard. Good location as it was close to shopping and also to the sites we wanted to visit. We would definitely stay here again.

Space for everyone
We traveled to Denver for a wedding and had several family members from different states stay with us, 4 - families (9 people). Don't let the small house exterior fool you. This wonderfully located home had basement bedroom had windows that were large and invited the light in, giving the feeling that you were on the first floor. There was a huge laundry room, full bath and small kitchenette also in the basement.Upstairs you enter into a spacious and inviting area, with room enough for everyone to be able to sit together. There is a wonderful and the most fully equipped kitchen I have seen in this type of rental where a note was left with an offer to help ourselves' to items as needed. This house was kind of centrally located to the areas that we checked out while in Denver for the wedding. The Red Rocks Ampitheater for a concert was fantastic and one of the areas I would list as a must see.

Charming Arvada Home!
We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this charming home in Arvada! It is well-maintained, has a great backyard, and is in a great location, less than a mile from Clear Creek Valley Park and less than a 15-minute drive from downtown!
