The house is spotless, comfortable and perfect for small or large families, especially if you have children and young adults. Coles attention to detail shows that he cares about his guests stay. Our stay was seamless & I 100% recommend this property!

Great house, fully equipped
We stayed here with our 2 toddlers and the house had everything we needed for the kids, high chair, packnplay, books, and toys. Even a fun playhouse in the backyard. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home with a great backyard space. Plenty of room for my family to make meals and enjoy time together. There were toys and games for the kids, my niece loved learning how to play Pac-Man.

25 year vow renewal trip
This property had everything we needed for our stay. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and 1 minor. The game room was perfect for the “kids” with a very spacious backyard. Local family members came with their small children and they loved the playhouse.

Friend’s Trip
Wow! An absolutely ideal VRBO for our group of 8 adults although wished our kids could have enjoyed it with us too. Tons of games in the basement for all ages. The homes is beautifully updated with smartly selected finishes. The home was very clean and simply felt like home to us during our visit. The host was quick to reply to any messages. A true gem of a VRBO!

Lots of Amenities
We came into town for a wedding. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room. Lots of additions including coffee, hairdryer, shampoo, game room downstairs (I haven't played Pacman in years) and the layout was great for our family. One of my favorite locations since renting through VRBO. I would highly recommend this property, especially for large groups. Centrally located to restaurants and it felt like home.

My daughter had a destination wedding there in Littleton and we rented this house and it was fabulous! Plenty of room n the grandkids wanted to stay with us so they could play in the game room! But it was the adults who played in the game room!! Beautiful house very equipped with the things we needed!

Beautiful family friendly home
The home is even better than the pictures. This was one of the cleanest and most updated homes I’ve rented. They really went above and beyond in accommodating their guests! They provided things like coffee, extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent and even toiletries in the bathrooms. The location is excellent and close to so many food options and shopping. The backyard is well maintained and perfect for a group to sit outside and enjoy coffee and company! Cole and his wife were responsive, friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend this home!

Littleton Home
Family came in town for my father's funeral service. My home was not big enough for everyone so we did a VRBO. Was the best decision for the family was able to stay in the home instead of a hotel. The kitchen was great having a big group instead of going out to eat. Cole, the host was wonderful communicated throughout our entire visit. Thank you!

This home was newly remodeled and in great shape. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! Plenty of dishes, glassware, utensils, serveware, and cookware, etc. Also had coffee, tea, sugar, flour, creamer, and tons of spices! The beds were very comfortable and linens/towels felt brand new and super soft! The basement game room was fully stocked! Xbox, Air Hockey, Basketball game, and more! Super comfortable! They even had a Christmas tree up! I would stay here again!

Home away from home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as the house was a perfect place for our family of 5 to spread out. The kids loved the writing desks equipped with paper and pens and enjoyed leaving love notes throughout the house as well as having full run of the backyard and playhouse. Having use of the garage during our stay was a bonus as it made getting the sleeping toddler in and out a breeze. The home was thoughtfully stocked with basics like coffee, plates and cutlery as well as cooking pans. The owner was quick to respond and on top of everything- I highly recommend this home for your family’s stay!

Simply The Best!
This home was absolutely beautiful!! Very spacious and felt like home! Huge backyard and fully stocked kitchen! Loved all the decor! The basement was perfect for my two teenagers to hang out in! Absolutely immaculate (the cleaning crew need a raise...lol)! Check-in was easy and the host checked in on us a few times during the stay. Very close to a multitude of restaurants and very easy access to all attractions we wanted to see! Highly recommended!! I would give more than a 5 star review if I could!! One of Best VRBO Experiences Ever
I have to say there was much about this property that made it stand out among many properties we have stayed at. The general state of the house and yard felt very new, possibly recently remodeled, clean and well maintained. The kitchen had dishes/pans/etc. in wonderful shape!! And had everything we needed and more. There were so many extras, from children's toys and books, and family games available, besides the fun arcade games. We were able to get into our streaming memberships with ease & great internet. The location was great and close to grocery shopping, restaurants and parks. Finally, the owner was very responsive and helpful in all respects. It all made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. It was a great place for family to hang out in, and family friendly. I hope we'll be back as our grandchildren get older!

A rare find, home away from home
We had an awesome stay at Cole's home during our family trip to Denver. Its a perfect home away from home as it was very well kept and stocked with all the necessities required for a very warm and welcoming stay. Cole's home had a kids corner in one of the bedrooms which our 3.5 year old niece enjoyed thoroughly, especially making puzzles and reading books, not to mention the awesome game room in the basement which the grown-ups enjoyed. The location is great as it is central from major attractions/locations (Denver airport, Downtown Denver, Colorado Springs, Rocky Mountains etc.). Overall we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend the home for a family stay. We would love to stay again on our next trip to Denver. A special shout out to the cleaning crew for maintaining the home in an immaculate condition. Thank you Cole for being an awesome, gracious and accommodating host.

Home Away From Home
Family was meeting in town for a memorial service of 2 family members. This was a great house for us to stay at and have out of town guests get together and have dinner. Plenty of rooom for 7 of us to stay there and get ready. One night we enjoyed a little family dinner outside on the patio and we used the grill. I knew the neighborhood so I wasn't worried about that. Very quiet and nice even though a high school is nearby. Price of the home was a bargain for all of us to chip in on. One afternoon, I got a few hours of alone time and enjoyed a glass of wine, some classical music on the TV and colored in one of the coloring books. I highly recommend this home and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely Perfect!
My family and I were so impressed with how spacious the house was. It was beautiful and so homey. This kitchen was fabulous for cooking stocked with all the necessary utensils, the bedrooms were nice and cozy. We felt very safe and were able to get Ubers quickly!
