The house was clean and a comfortable place to stay. The owner was responsive and the online listing was an accurate description of the house Would recommend and would stay here again.
Great spot for us to come out to visit our new grandson. It was nice for them to be able to bring their dogs by to play in the yard. Very safe and centrally located neighborhood.

Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
Pro: Clean, comfortable beds, baby crib, working appliances, short drive to airport.
Con: Unimpressive exterior property, window shades let in a lot of light, property across from master bedroom had very bright light going on and off that lot up room at night.
Served the purpose for a visit to Aurora area, not spectacular.

Good
It was clean and a quiet neighborhood,we had a nice time there
The place was wonderful, Could of been more towels, more dishes, And the light in downstairs bathroom did not work and was notified and did not fix. But other than that everything was Great
Great place…needs some updating and a little TLC. Easy access to most everything. Could use some more kitchen cookware and utensils. Overall, nice place.
The stay was good, the shower upstairs had no hot water so we all had to share one bathroom. Over all the stay was good, we thank you for letting us be guests in your home.
The property overall is so nice, amenities are close! The backyard is so cute! I love that the rooms are furnished with kings and one queen, that’s unheard of in most listings. Samson was fast with communication prior to, but we didn’t have problems during our stay
Exactly as advertised.
Everything I read from past reviews seem to have been addressed. Well equipped, clean house, clean yard, solid deck, clean fridge, yard access locks.
I recommend this property and would stay there again.
Had a quick two night stay. House was very simple and basic. Did not have many pots or pans for cooking nor simple supplies like oil, salt pepper. Trash can was also full when we got there and trash bags were super small and did not fit in trash can.
Overall, this is great property! Our dog absolutely loved the yard! The layout is 2 bedrooms downstairs (both Kings and the crib) with a bathroom and washer and dryer. The upstairs had a King room and a queen. There are a few items that would be useful in the kitchen that weren't there that we were able to borrow from family and gave Samson that feedback. We felt this was a pretty good neighborhood that was quiet and close to my brother.
We didn't catch that there wasn't really any cable/smart tv. Thankfully a family member had brought their fire stick so we could watch TV at night. The downstairs TV struggled a bit.
There are only towels for 8, only 2 pillows per bed, 1 kitchen towel. Basically no extras if you needed, but could wash them.
Any issues we got a quick response from Samson. We would definitely stay here again because even the little things that weren't perfect were minor.
Everything from the start was great. Home was more than we expected and it was well taken care of. Close to stores and in well placed neighborhood. Host would reply in a timely fashion with our few questions. Would definitely come back here in the future
This home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood but is close to necessary amenities that make one's trip comfortable, like local restaurants and grocery stores. Clean linens and comfortable beds as promised!
The house was very clean. The beds and linens were very good. There were eight of us and only four chairs to use at the table. There was very little silverware, no teaspoons to speak of, few dishes, no dishwasher soap, almost no paper towels,. The skillets available were worn out and very hard to cook in. And the stairs and and deck are potentially VERY dangerous and I’m sure not up to code. These two areas are a lawsuit waiting to happen. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
Was perfect size for my family to get together for Christmas. Bedrooms were big.
However, the upstairs floor was not conducive for a kitchen. We were all nervous cooking our meals, afraid to spill anything, as we all love to cook and bake. The outside needs some tlc.
Landlord was very responsive. Had an issue and he was there in no time. Had someone coming to the house to fix problem on Christmas Eve!
Overall nice place to stay in Aurora.

Great Owner, Below Avg Property
Pro - owner quick to respond. Beds very comfortable. Upstairs shower was great. Very pretty interior. Cons. Was told house code would be sent Fri, then Sat. Owner sent it on Sat at check in time. Had us worried as we drove for two days to get there. We were asked to not spill anything on the upstairs flooring - it’s an open kitchen/living for families - grandkids were there! Same flooring used for steps, several in our group slipped on those steps going up and down because they were so slick. Seriously not a good flooring choice! No grass at all in back yard, 100 percent prickly dry weeds and dirt. Trees overgrown hitting us as we got in and out of car. Deck boards loose and not screwed in, loose deck rail. Deck very wobbly. Top step of deck slopes downward just enough to cause a slipping hazard (yep had one guest slip and fall but caught herself before going down). Upstairs bath window leaks water outside when showering. We were in the deck as water streamed down the siding from the window. Can see daylight from chimney wall in garage (bats, mice entryway). Mouse poop under couch cushions. Cable TV wire runs through the water in the gutter outside - electrical danger. All gutters full of dried pine needles - huge fire hazard. No directions for cable or trash pickup or anything (everyplace we’ve stayed has had a binder or packet of house info). Sleeps 10 but only had 4 spoons, 6 glasses, and 8 tiny tiny towels. One single dish towel for the whole week. (We went out and bought towels and kitchen stuff). No serving bowls or dishes. No mixing or measuring dishes for cooking. Only 4 chairs at the table. Couch sat 3, 4 if you want to be squished. Very limited seating on main level. Dog poop in the yard not cleaned up when we arrived (large dog!). Trash galore in back yard - bottle caps, battery, general trash. Trash bags clinging to branches of dead tree. Broken back fence - dogs can get out easily on both sides of yard. Back yard - kids could not play back there at all!!! Burn holes in the bedding of the room I was in. Queen sized blankets/comforters on King sized beds. Washing machine not level so it bounces while running. A lot of nasty food left in pantry from previous guests - gross!! Note: owner did send someone to trim trees and screw in some of the deck boards. Took him over 2 hours just for those two items. It’s a poorly done flip house (looks good on surface but by day 2 you see the shoddy workmanship).
We loved the location and king sized beds! Property was exactly as pictured, only complaint is that there weren’t many towels and no hand soap or laundry detergent.
