Located in the heart of LoHi, this 4 story 3,300 sq. ft. home has possibly the best location in all of Denver. Walk to Denver’s best restaurants & bars - Avanti, Recess, Postino and Bamboo Sushi are all about a block away. Hirshorn Park, Little Man Ice Cream, Linger and El Five are all a short walk away. Easy access to all of Denver - walk across the bridges to River Front Park and Union Station. Coors Field, Pepsi Center, Mile High Stadium, and Performing Arts are minutes away via car, bike, or foot.

Unique to LoHi, this is a true house with no shared walls which is the case with most of the competition offering condos and townhouses. Each of the 4 bedrooms is outfitted with a King Bed. The 2 Loft areas have Sofa Sleepers (one Queen pull-out and one Full convertible). There are two additional Queen pull-out beds in each of the living rooms. The 7 sleeping areas (4 King Beds, 4 Sofa Sleepers) make this home great for groups of 6 to 12.

2 car garage is available for your use.

There is free street parking around the house but it can be tough to come by during busy hours. And lastly, be sure to enjoy the private hot tub!

Checked all the boxes and then some!!
Stayed here with a group of 7 friends. We could not have been happier with the stay. The location was perfect, near the city, but not right in it. There's are a number of great restaurants and bars very close by. Very easy access to dedicated bike paths to explore the city. A bunch of scooters and bikes available down the block to scan and ride. The house itself was beautiful. As advertised, and then some. Hot tub, speaker system that spans all 4 floors, laundry, outdoor patios and a rooftop, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, coffee, and much more. Communication, check-in, and checkout could not have been more seamless. My favorite part was that there were no steps required for checkout. You just pickup your stuff and leave. All in all, a wonderful experience!!

We normally head to Breckenridge every other Christmas (my family is spread throughout the US). This year we decided to try something different. We rented this fantastic condo and used it as our home base as we celebrated Christmas with family around the Denver area. It was perfect for the 7 of us!! First of all, Brian couldn't have been a better contact. He was very helpful before we arrived and during our stay. He responded to emails very quickly. The condo was extremely clean, had everything we needed, and is located in a great part of Denver. We walked and grabbed coffee each morning from a different coffee shop. I had rented a Tahoe, and yes, the 2 car garage is not meant for large SUVs. I had no problem finding street parking each night. I highly recommend this property!!

We absolutely LOVED our 2-week stay at this house. It was super well located - we could walk so many places and has easy access to the highway to drive anywhere. The house itself is great - very well stocked and nicely decorated. Three king beds made everyone happy! The beds were comfy and there was plenty of everything (towels, pillows, blankets, etc.). Brian, the property manager, was very helpful and responded within minutes of texting him. Wifi was great! Check in and out was a breeze with the coded front door - no keys required also made it easy for everyone in our party to come and go as needed. The fireplace has a switch and is so easy to use - adds to the wonderful ambiance. The only thing to watch for is the garage is on the smaller side so don't get a huge SUV like we did if you want to use the garage. But there is plenty of easy and free street parking if you need it! We highly recommend staying here! If you do, definitely walk over to Little Man for ice cream and the Bindery for dinner. Also order Blue Pan pizza - you'll be happy you did! Thanks for a fabulous stay!!!

Luxury in the middle of everything!
Love this 3 story house in LoHi! We enjoyed the abundance of outdoor spaces & lounging areas on every floor. We had a big group of 7 including parents, 2 young adult sons & 3 teen daughters. All of us felt comfortable hanging around the kitchen table & chatting. We walked to wonderful restaurants (Linger & El Five) & even indulged in some super-tasty ice cream at Little Man’s. The house was clean & easy to navigate in terms of finding things like cookware & sheets for pull out couches. Will be back!

Tremendous House
Three king beds really made it for all of us six foot tall folks. Great house in a great location with great city views. Very clean and well stocked. Super comfy couch and luxurious master bath. Loved the house and loved our visit.
