Very loud in room due to heater in room and unit right outside of the window. Which was also my view. No remote in room and could not turn off tv without unplugging. Staff said they would bring one up but did not. Also phones did not work in the room. No way to contact the front desk without walking down.

3/5 stars because I booked this specifically for the early airport shuttle. However when I checked in they notified me that I’d have to reserve the shuttle and the time slot I needed was full. So, with a broken foot, I had to walk to the train station or pay more for an Uber. This info would’ve been great to know at the time I booked the reservation.

The bed here was ridiculously comfortable which is exactly what we needed after a stressful travel day of flight delays leading to us needing to stay in Denver overnight. The breakfast in the morning was also very good.
