Newly remodeled two bedroom . large open living room, all new appliances in kitchen. Bedrooms have memory foam cool gel mattresses for maximum comfort , large walk in shower for easy movement. Easy access to I 70 and 25. 15 minutes to Red Rocks and to mountain bike riding. 13 minutes the Bronco Stadium, 12 minutes to Coors Field,17 minutes to the Comedy Works downtown Denver. .
For the skiers, one hour to Winter Park, an hour and 15 minutes roughly to Keystone, Arapahoe basin, Breckenridge and copper mountain. Two hours to Vail.

It was really nice and exactly what we needed everything was easy for us! There was one bedroom with so many spiders we kept killing them and more would appear so i would spray! We just didn’t sleep in there. But other than that good experience!!

The suite was great, good location and perfect for our trip. The only downside was one of the bedrooms got really hot at night even with the fan on but otherwise everything was great. Easy to use the door code and access unit, lots of parking available and quiet tenants upstairs. All round very glad I booked this place :)

Clean basement level for deep sleeper
Clean basement level apartment. Very nice neighborhood within minutes intercity lake and neighborhood shopping and dining and public recreation b center with swimming pools. Got to park car off street 2 out of 4 nights. Quick access to I70. Night-long activity and squeaky flooring in above apartment is negative. Kitchen is equipped with minimum of utensils but microwave is super nice. Smart TV apps quit working last 24 hours of 4 night stay. Internet was very robust. Bathroom shower is very spacious. Ceiling fans in rooms is a plus. Did not use heating or cooling system due to mild weather

Great Place close to stadium
Friends and I stayed at this VRBO for our Eras Tour weekend. The location was great! Only 10-14 minutes from the Broncos stadium. Getting in was easy and parking was available on the street. Before we got there we read that there was no AC in the unit so we brought a few fans from home. There was a swamp cooler in the living room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Overall though it didn’t get too hot in the unit. I think it helps that it wasn’t too hot outside and it’s in the basement. Overall good location and spacious rooms!

Nice place to stay in Denver
This two bedroom basement apartment was nice. The only issues we had with the apartment is the bedrooms smelled musty. The other issue was that the exhaust hose for the air conditioner was not connected where it needed to be, thus adding heat to the apartment. We fixed the issue ourselves once we figured out what was happening.

It was okay…
This property has some issues. It advertises that is sleep six but then when I let Glen know we would have 3 adults staying he charged me extra indicating that the advertised pricing was for two occupants. None of the other VRBO’s that we stayed in charged us extra. Just be aware of this. There is no central a/c and the property was too warm for sleeping comfortably. It is a daylight basement property and it smelled musty and was dark. One bedroom was missing a smoke alarm which I addressed with Glen and he said it was on order. When we removed the sheets for washing upon leaving there is a large stain on one of the mattresses. Despite being a non smoking property one of the bedrooms smelled like smoke due to the tenant above the property according to Glen. The best part about this property for us was that it was very convenient to Red Rocks.

Short stay for a wedding in Golden
Nice neighborhood with accessibility to I70 and hwy 40 which made getting to airport and Golden very easy. Clean apt with all amenities but not overly supplied- could have used more linens. Beds were very uncomfortable

My son and I had a great time here. It was super clean and welcoming and we enjoyed the neighborhood, which was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. We didn’t use the kitchen much but appreciated it.
