Lovely, thoughtfully appointed apartment
Very new, very clean, very comfortable. Walking distance to great restaurants and the parking is a must-have! The bed is very comfortable and the apartment is very quiet at night, especially considering how busy the neighborhood is. The only alert I would share is that the neighborhood is very dense/urban and quite dirty with lots of homeless. Just to be aware.

Top notch condo
My husband and I visited Denver for a work conference and opted to stay somewhere else rather than the host hotel. So glad we did. The condo was pristine with every amenity you can imagine. It was within walking distance of really great places to eat (including several vegan places that are difficult to find in other towns). It was close enough to walk to grocery stores, parks, the downtown area, and even the Ball Arena to watch a couple hockey games. There are also several record stores, bookstores, and some live music venues nearby. The neighborhood was quiet and secure and we would definitely stay there again. Arriving at the condo and seeing the nice bottle of wine and card left for us was a bonus as well

Awesome gem in Capitol Hill and only 1/2 mile to the best place to go- Leven Deli!
Such a wonderful gem in the heart of Capitol Hill. From the moment we arrived we could see the time, talent and treasure that was invested in the design of this lovely home. It is warm and inviting and so comfortable. Everything that you need has already been provided by these thoughtful hosts! We appreciated all aspects of this home and were able to enjoy some great nights of sleep too! No need to look anywhere else as this home is perfection in Denver! We also appreciated the close walking proximity to Leven Deli which is one of the most awesome places to go for any meal, happy hour or meet up! We look forward to our returning to stay again in the future!

Great location in recently updated apartment
This rental had everything we needed. I’m so glad we didn’t stay downtown where most of the hotels were, if only because the construction down there was crazy, and this neighborhood is very walkable (LOTS of dog walkers! 😃) it was also close to the Botanical Gardens which were wonderful… and Voodoo donuts… This is a host who anticipates all of your questions or needs too. And they were gracious about an unanticipated late check out (flat tire repair!) Definitely recommend.

Great Cap Hill location!

Absolutely perfect apartment and stay!
Best rental so far!! My husband and I were in the Denver area to visit family and attend events at Red Rocks and Empower Field at Mile High. The location was perfect and central to everything in the area. Great hosts, beautifully decorated apartment, comfortable bed (huge +) fully stocked kitchen and bath. Our visit focused on time with graduating grandkid, and coming and going several times a day by car. Parking very convenient. Our downtime, and sometimes evening home/cooking in apt was relaxing. We had some problem with first night check-in beacuse I lost the email about how to access the alley behind the home. Hosts came quickly to our rescue. Our stay was great.

This apartment looked and felt completely new, and was very clean and comfortable. The location is also great. Great!
I decided on this place because of the location and parking space. I was traveling with my son and needed a car, so dealing with street parking would be frustrating. The neighborhood was great, good for families but also a lot to do. Loved Jelly - local breakfast place. I travelled for work so getting around Denver was actually very convenient from this location. Check in and check out were super easy. Apartment felt very safe and cozy. Just great place, would definitely recommend.
