The Space:
This beautiful home has plenty of space to spread out and relax and has been recently updated.
You will never want to leave the gorgeous backyard and covered patio. The patio features a swinging bed, large TV, outdoor dining table and a comfortable sectional. Further into the backyard, there is a bird feeder, garden, propane fire pit and a large hot tub- the perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The spacious backyard is fully fenced and also has a large grassy area for your kids or furry friends to enjoy.
The master bedroom is on the main level and features a comfortable King sized bed and French doors that open to the gorgeous backyard. The master bedroom also features a full attached bathroom with a tub, shower and plenty of counterspace.
The upstairs living room has a large HD TV, comfortable leather seating and doors leading to the backyard oasis. The full kitchen has been updated and features all stainless steel appliances with a double oven, induction cooktop and Le Creuset pots and pans. The kitchen has a spacious eat-in countertop and plenty of dishes, glasses and cookware so you can create a gourmet meal for dinner.
There is a workspace off of the kitchen so you can get some work done.
Down the stairs, there is a large, finished basement with another living area with HD TV, two Queen bedrooms and a full bathroom. There is also a large laundry room with an ironing board.

Guest Access:
This is a nice central location in SW Denver, easily accessed and lots of street parking available.
Guests have access to entire home and fully fenced backyard. There is one locked closet and the garage is locked with personal belongings.

The Neighborhood:
Observatory Park is a very quiet and affluent neighborhood with multi million dollar homes in every direction. It's close to the highway, shopping, dining. I'd encourage a evening walk to see the neighborhood.

Getting Around:
This location is idea for a South Denver visit. It's very easy to get on and off the highway and is super convent without being too close to busy restaurants and bars.
