Other Things to Note:
- Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

- No parties, home is monitored by NoiseAware. Please respect the neighbors and quiet hours. (10pm-8am)

- Security Cameras: Exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Locations: Front door and Backyard patio.

- We can typically accommodate requests for EARLY CHECK INS/ LATE CHECK OUTS, but we can only confirm such requests 24 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.

- Please note that there is absolutely no smoking inside the house. Any sort of smoking will result in a $300 fee to hire a team to remove the smoke from furniture and walls.

- Please be aware that we are not liable for any personal items left behind from your stay. If any personal items are left at the property, we will, of course, do our best to recover them. However, there will be an automatic charge of $30 plus shipping charges for any items that need to be shipped back to you.

The house was great for our family. Everyone, from teens through grandparents, enjoyed their stay. Plenty of room to gather and also to spread out. The house was well stocked, clean and close to everything we needed. The check in and check out were both seemless, and the hosts checked in with us to make sure everything was ok/we had what we needed after we checked in.

This home is located just off a main street and convenient to many stores and amenities. Couple of issues with the plumbing, and being right by the police and fire was good and bad. Not a home for older folks, 85+ or so. Uneven stones to get to the front door. Host was great and easy to work with. It is a 3 story so as you would imagine it is warmer upstairs, but 2 ac units is helpful.

There were seven of us and we needed enough bedrooms. Alfredo's place was perfect! It had a great living room kitchen area. Plenty of room to cook for this big group! Beds were good and fireplace was great, as were all the TV's throughout the Townhome. We definitely had a great time! I would rent this place again!

Overall the home was a great place for our family to gather for our daughter's wedding. No water the first night was rather inconvenient but Alberto was very responsive and got it back on early the next morning. A shovel would have been handy to deal with the early morning snow to get the wedding party off to the venue. Close to stores and the highway.

Wow..wow..wow...
We have stayed at our fair share of VRBO places but this place was so perfect. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Clean, just as pictured, easy to arrive at..more than exceeded our expectations. The location cant be beat as it is convenient to just about everything. The kitchen is well equipped and the decor modern. Just the right amount of furnishings. The beds were very comfortable as was the couches on the 1st and 3rd floor. The small but very private backyard was more than adequate. We stayed there for our sons wedding but would book again if we visit. Do not miss the opprtunity to stay in such a great place.

From the booking process, to check-in, to check out the experience was smooth. The property was beautiful and provided the space needed to host all of my family. Clean, modern and well designed for hosting. One suggestion/recommendation is to purchase more serving dishes. Large bowls and maybe an extra skillet. Everything else was perfect. The property is wonderful for anyone who stays there!!

What a great place! We were in Denver for my daughter's wedding and had 12 staying in the house. The house was spacious and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The location was perfect with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. It was only 20-30 min away from sightseeing at Red Rocks and Golden. Would definitely stay here again!

Our group enjoyed the modern design and great layout of the property. We initially planned individual hotel rooms for the four of us on a business trip but decided to look on VRBO. What we found was a great place we could congregate but also have bedroom and bath privacy. The place was much more than we expected and centrally located in a great neighborhood. All four of us would strongly recommend the property.

Very beautiful home with lots of space
We stayed in the home for a wedding weekend and had several family members stay with us. The house is very large with lots of bedrooms and nicely designed and outfitted. It was perfect for what we needed it for and it was a quick jump to several main roadways. I would say it shares walls with two other units and one unit is a family (they were very friendly). We never heard anything and we weren't a rowdy crew, but this house shouldn't be used for large gatherings or late night events.

Red Rocks Weekend Getaway
This home worked out perfectly for our group of 10 adults. Nice townhome with ample room to spread out in the living room and kitchen along with 4 privately enclosed bedrooms and bathrooms on each level. Location is a short 15 minute drive to downtown, 20 minute drive to Red Rocks, and 5 minutes away there is a shopping center with a Costco and Target to stock up on groceries, etc. Home is just as pictured, yet there are curtains for privacy in the 1st floor bedroom off the kitchen. Would definitely stay there again if the need arises. One thing, not much hand soap is left out so you'll need to make a trip to stock up or pack some with!

We enjoyed our 6 days in the Denver area for our son's wedding. There was plenty of space for friends and family. Owners were very responsive to a couple of needs upon arrival. House was clean & well furnished with lots of space. Plenty of convenient parking on the side street. The location was very convenient. Lots of restaurants, grocery & retail within a 5 min drive. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
